Your wording of your advertisement is very misleading. I ordered a battery but I thought that I was actually ordering an end of line scooter. I felt REAL stupid when I realised my mistake. So you can expect the return of the battery.

I never give 5 stars as it allows something to aim for. Very pleased with the product.. Tried up quite a steep hill and it managed with no trouble at all.

Is this the best scooter ever. Bought two, one for me and one for my wife. Batteries last forever. Very easy to fold and unfold. Basket underneath is handy. We have driven them for miles and only lost one bar. Covered Grt Yarmouth and surrounding area all on same battery. We did but the extra battery just in case. Can't praise these scooters enough. Go straight up most inclines as well. Wanted to wait till we had thoroughly tested them before doing a review. Totally brilliand and pretty light as well. Get one, beats all the others on price as well.

Brought a item paid next day delivery not delivery next day ask for the money back for next day as delivery will be next working day ie monday and refused the refund off the delivery cost

It's always a worry spending quite alot of money on a purchase from a company based at the other end of the country -- so i hope this review will help put any 'doubts or worries' to rest for you !

I ordered my folding mobility scooter, a YL-985S, on Monday and it was packaged awaiting collection by the courior the same day -- top service !!

The true measure of a company comes into effect when 'issues' arise -- we all hope for seamless purchases but 'real world' issues DO occassionally crop up ..... and the measure of a company is how they respond to any such 'issues' ...

Unfortunately my purchace was not collected by the courior until Tuesday .... but when i eMail Simon at T-Sport his response was almost instant and totally honest -- no 'fobbing me off' -- just honesty 👌

Once the courior had my package (Tuesday) it's now out of T-Sports hands .... but Wednesday came and (sadly) no delivery

.... another eMail to Simon .... another quick response .... he'd contacted the courior who assurred delivery for Thursday ..... can't ask any more of T-Sport than that ..... friendly / quick / honest replies help put any worries to bed ... fact !!

My mobility scooter was, as promised, delivered this morning ...... and what a fantastic piece of equipment it is !!!

It will, without ANY doubt, transform my life and make getting out & about soooooooo much easier and less of a struggle ..... i love it !!!

My honest advice to anyone who may be considering such a purchase is this ---

Accept 'real world hiccups' sometimes occur ..... but (from my own experience) you can purchase WITHOUT fear of poor customer service -- Simon at T-Sport has been nothing short of confidence inspiring and a demonstration of how customer service SHOULD be !!

The scooter itself is EXACTLY as described in the advert on thier website ..... for me, it ticks every box -- easy to fold / unfold, easy to manhandle, lught enough to not be a worry, not too bulky when folded, comfortable, sturdy ..... and SMART looking too

This is an honest review ..... i've even mentioned the deluvery delay to prove a point ...... T-Sport CAN be trusted to treat thier customers with friendliness, care, consideration and kindness -- what more can you ask or expect ??

I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been such a palaver to get in touch, no phone number only texting could be anyone anywhere.
Once we were talking things went more smoothly.

Great product but perhaps a woven tag under the battery might aid removal when necessary

I had a problem with the charging unit, I emailed telling the supplier the problem and they came back to me straight away with answers & solutions, once it was established that I had actually got a faulty charger another charger was posted out to me straight away. I consider that to be a first class service, a very good customer service experience.

Item received although later than expected due to Royal Mail

Well packaged and easily opened up for use. It drives well and is very controllable, I have not been far with it yet but I feel sure that it will be ok. It is among the lightest which I thought of as being like holiday suitcase but having not been away on holiday for 20+ years it did feel a bit heavy. I have just changed my car which had a very low boot opening to one that has a deep opening so is a bit harder to lift it up and down into the boot.

Simon and Igor were excellent from order placement to delivery the same day locally !

Very easy to place my order on Saturday and received it Tuesday. Good communication through T Sport and the courier regarding delivery. Outer Box was a little bit bashed but not a problem as battery was double boxed with bubbles and paper between the boxes
