Hi Garry
Thanks for the very nice review, I'll ensure those compliments are passed on. Some staff man the phones all day, some staff pack all day, good feedback really is a moral booster.

Customer service very poor
Customer service very poor, waiting times to get an advisor is far too long, asked for a call back and never got one. Wanted to ask about other products I could purchase to go with my kit, very disappointing as they have always been good in the past.

Thank you Mr Bignell, perhaps we can do it again sometime!
Misleading Sales
Sold an Item on Black Friday stated as a KIT but upon receipt found no cables, no camera power supply and no connectors, only to find that they sell that the parts mentioned were sold separately, very deceptive. I have in the past purchased online kits and they contained everything required to install the CCTV system.

Hello Darshan,
I'm sorry this didn't work out as you anticipated, I can assure you there was no intention to deceive anybody but reading back the text I can see that it might have been ambiguous.
If, next time you order by phone, you mention my name, I'll sort out a complimentary gift for you.
Julian.
