SYRO Garage Doors Anmeldelser

Marcus provided an excellent level of customer service at every stage of my experience with Syro.He took time to explain about the most suitable products for me.Prompt communications for quote and arranging for the new doors to be fitted. The work was carried out as promised and old doors were taken away, extremely tidy and efficient installation, beautiful products, I am so happy with my new garage doors, front and back of my home.

It’s a bit of a niche market as not everyone has a garage door, and most of them hardly ever use it.

Nevertheless, should anyone need someone to install or repair your garage door; I can thoroughly recommend Syro Garage Doors. Simon is a great communicator/installer/technician who arrived within the prescribed time and did an excellent job supplying and installing a new electric garage door opener.

Should you need him now or in the future he is always available on 07825 214249.

Would thoroughly recommend SYRO garage doors. They replaced our old roller door with a new red laminated roller door to match our front door. Marcus was punctual, explained all the options clearly and did a thorough job which we are really pleased with. Would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Marcus is a very efficient individual. I rang the office to arrange a quote at 3.30pm, he had visited and quoted by 7pm. Quote accepted and garage door ordered by 8.30am the following day, 10 days later I have a new garage door installed with similar efficiency !!!!
Good service deserves reward.

Great service and very professional and the two lads were very pleasant to talk to would definitely recommend

When our garage door jammed fully open, Simon made an extra effort to get there that morning. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it, as well as addressing a couple of other minor issues plus oiling and servicing it as part of the same fee. He's clearly knowledgeable about what he does and explained everything as he went.

All in all the door was repaired and working far better than before and sooner than I dared hope, and for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SYRO.

From start to finish, Marcus was very helpful, from initial questions, choosing the door and colour, site visits and installation. His responsiveness assisted in keeping things moving and from initial conversation (plus my lots of questions) to installation, completed in 3 months (7 week from ordering, just before Christmas) which was great. All timescales and expectations were met. Door looks fantastic on the new build garage and the automated mechanism operates well. Definitely recommend Syro.

Marcus did an outstanding job on our garage door. Going above and beyond having to change the measurements of the frame due to our garage infrastructure being wonky!
Marcus have been a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend him and SYRO highly enough!!
Thank you!

SYRO Garage doors fitted our new garage door in November 2022 and we couldn’t be happier! Great communication, very professional, clean & tidy workers and we highly recommend this family business. Thanks to Marcus and his Dad.

From start to finish the process was great. They came out and gave me a quote and sent full details the same evening. I then decided to book, they were clear on the time it would take to come in, and as soon as it did booked a date to fit. It was fit on Monday 5th December and looks amazing, we are very happy

Very efficient and clean up on completed job. Very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend.

By far the best service I've received from a tradesman! My garage door would not close and I called many repairers in the area and he was the only one to answered the call ! He talked me through what I had to do to get it shut. He came out to repair it as agreed, talked very thoroughly through what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Top bloke, Very punctial, warm and friendly (even to the Mrs and my newborn!) did an amazing job and my garage door feels as good as new! Thank you Mitesh.

Syro fitted me a new hormann electric garage door which is absolutely fantastic,Simon, Marcus and Dan did a great job of fitting and nothing was to much trouble and everything was explained very well, when finished everything was left clean and tidy, I would recommend this firm to anyone, very professional, thanks, david and Carol.

Excellent service today from SYRO garage doors. Excellent price. Would highly recommend.

Simon was brilliant, he got here on time and called me prior to arrival. He was very quick, very efficient and very nice to talk to. Garage door is now fixed. Definitely recommend them

I needed a garage door in a hurry and SYRO came up trumps. Service was fast, efficient, informative. Very competitive prices to suit my budget. Excellent workmanship. I highly recommend this company.

Prompt, efficient and friendly service from Marcus and Simon. Highly recommended.

Simon automated my old door 12 years ago and made a great job of it. Recently had a new lighter one fitted and he's used his expertise with that one too! I would not use anyone else for garage doors.

The cable wire on the garage door became incredibly tangled, due to a personal mistake, resulting in the wire being cut to temporarily minimise the issue.

I spoke on the phone with them about the problem, where they asked great questions to understand the problem and explained clearly in order to provide an accurate and fair quote.

The end result was fantastic, not only did they replace the broken wire but also the other one, alongside oiling and adjusting of tension as part as an overall service. The garage door works a lot more smoother than it has in years and it definitely in the best condition that it's been in a long time.

I would highly recommend them and happily use them again in the future for anything relating to garage doors.

I would definitely recommend Syro for your garage door problems. I was advised by a friend to try them and after a couple of phone conversations, they arranged a visit, came to site, identified the issue straight away and had the right parts to fix it (a previous repair by another company had failed due to poor workmanship).
They were open and honest and fixed it for a very fair price. Very happy customer!
