This was our second time working with Synergy after initially handling our fiancee/spouse visa almost three years ago, and they did not disappoint. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Silvia for my spouse visa renewal, and found her to be highly knowledgeable, focused on details, with clear explanations and fast answers to any concern, and extremely friendly and lovely to chat to. Silvia alleviated my numerous anxieties about the process and thanks to her input and advice, everything went perfectly, and we received a positive answer the week after the application was submitted. I felt very secure in the documentation I submitted and thanks to Silvia's advice, I am better informed about what I need to look out for and keep for the next application when the time comes in a few years. A massive thank you the Synergy team for expert advice and steady support!!
