the syncs are fast and I like that I can see what ones are ready to sync or if one synced with errors.

The only issue for us is that it maps by email vs. name and invoice. It can create duplicate invoices.

The support team is easy to work with as well!

Today was my first online support meeting with Synder. This was incredible. I have struggled with a problem with our Stripe-QBO sync. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to relay my problem or be tech savvy enough to fix this. George & Mikheil were just excellent. They walked me through everything. They had pointers on the screen. Once they saw what I needed, they fixed the problem within minutes, saving me hours of work! Then they sent me a written recap of the meeting AND a video recording. I realize now, that there is probably even more that Synder can do for us and am looking to explore this. I am so happy for their service and abilities and highly recommend Synder for your sync app with Stripe or any other payment platform. They know their stuff!

We have several online sales platforms, Synder has made our bookkeeping easy and convenient, and the support team has been professional and helpful in resolving issues on time! I've talked to Tata many times and she's always been patient with my questions and feedback! Awesome team!

Synder has taken the headache out of accounting by simplifying and streamlining my online sales. They literally save me hours each month. Sali in customer service is great too! I highly recommend this app.

It took ConnectBooks three weeks to onboard us. The difference in support was a chasm. ConnectBooks have the ability to map products between QuickBooks and your marketplaces with a simple excel sheet - like every other application. Synder do not have this facility, we worked with their technical team but they were slow and provided incomplete mapping and support - more so they did not deliver what was promised, only 10% (enough to fill a screen). ConnectBooks focus on payouts which is all that is needed - no more gazillion new customers interfering with our wholesale business.

We asked for a refund of some of the fees we paid so that we could pay the data for our ConnectBooks implementation but they refused. Initiated a credit card dispute.

I am disappointed with this experience, I see many good reviews here but recently some very negative ones. I believe this is an account management issue with a specific account manager that needs to get fixed and made right by Synder management.

I love working with Synder! It's nice to know that, when you call on the weekend needing help they will reach out to you Monday to get your problem solved asap. George was great in helping me with this recently!

I also love that the Client Support Team is always available to help solve an issue when needed, whether it's setting up Smart Rules or making adjustments to the settings. Since we are new to Synder platform, I am still in the process of learning how things are done, therefore I communicate with customer service according to my needs. One thing is absolute - they are very efficient, determined to help and explain to customer every detail. Particularly Mikheil was so so helpful in solving my particular issue. They don't put you on a mile long hold, or disregard any minor detail. and most importantly - they follow-up via email, if needed. You feel like being a premium customer, no matter your plan or subscription.

After that, I stuck with Synder for a few more weeks and even scheduled another session to tackle any lingering questions. Huge shoutout to George, my customer service superhero. Sure, there are other options out there, but Synder is top-notch – and budget-friendly too. And George? He's the real MVP, no contest. Thanks to Synder, running my business has become a breeze, and I couldn't be happier.

These guys are SCAMMERS, they kept charging us after a free trial, and they cant refund us because "clover" charged us. I go to clover and they show charges directly from synder. I go back to them and they tell me that they wont refund us. Scammers stay away

Synder has been a great tool for synchronizing our Stripe, WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online accounts. It's pretty easy to configure. Additionally, their technical support staff have been very responsive when needed.

Very inflexible and inpersonal when requesting cancellation or changes. Be careful with their "try before you buy" option and don't expect anything but a Robotic response about Terms and Conditions if you are hours late on cancellation. Trapped into a $500 paypment due to 4 hours being late to cancel. No flexibility, not understanding, just robots.

Very responsive Customer Service and Sally took the time to help work through our sync issue! They really do save you hours each week of manual data entry!

I didn't realize I still had this software after the trial date, I thought I had cancelled it. I'm an extremely tiny business who can't afford the software to begin with, but made the mistake of not following through to ensure it was cancelled. Just got billed again, and explained my situation to customer service in hopes for some type of refund. "Machine accuracy. Human approach" is not accurate. I already understand they say no refunds, that it was my responsibility and all of that. With the current economy taking $497.76 from me was like a dagger. If I didn't need the money I would have lived with my mistake instead of reaching out to Snyder. So thank you very much for the human approach.

The app is great and beneficial for our QBO accounting system. We've been using it for months and finds it very helpful. Their support team is incredible, no questions or concerns left unresolved. Thank you Andrew for your assistance! :)

Synder has been my greatest find for syncing transactions into Quickbooks! I use Synder to sync detailed transactons from PayPal and Square intead of manually entering saving me hours of data entry. Their support staff is phenomenal - I have been working with Andrew and he knows this app very well, has answers for all my questions! Thank You!
