Prompt, great communication

Went into store on a week day. Shop was quite busy when I arrived and staff were busy helping people and also checking in a delivery. I was shopping for a ukelele and located a great selection of lower to mid priced instruments at the back of the shop. As soon as a team member was available they offered assistance and welcomed me to try the ukeleles after I had explained what I was looking for. They also offered a tuner to use and set me up a stool and uke stand in a quieter area of the shop to try them out, as the shop got less busy a member of staff helped tune the ukeleles as I couldn't use the tuner (I've not used a head stock tuner before). The overall experience was really good, the ukeleles were all of good quality and I ended up buying one I'm really happy with along with some accessories. Even compared to some of the big box shipping companies online the price of the ukelele I purchased was the best I could find and I got to try it first. I highly recommend this shop.

Bought a Guild M25E, fantastic little guitar. Great for all acoustic styles. Pickup sounds good through my vox ac30. Highly recommend these guitars.
