Johnny is an amazing drum teacher very warm friendly and very patient.!

Johnny has been teaching my 5 year old son drums for a few months now. My son absolutely loves his lessons,always looks forward to them, and Johnny is so patient with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

No problems at all ordered new guitar and had it in my hands within 24hrs.

Had an issue with flaw in a guitar, which was last of stock. Could have been offered an immediate refund, but in the end decided to upgrade. The attention to detail in the series of resulting emails at all times of the day together with the delivery the next day was beyond belief. David Bamford is a class act!

Fast friendly service, good prices, even upgraded my 3 day delivery to overnight at no extra charge:)

Ordered from many music stores in the past and came across these guys as they had a guitar I was trying to find that no one seemed to have but these guys had one.

I just need to say from ordering to delivery you will not get a better service. If you need music equipment look no further you won't be disappointed.

If you see the odd low score review let me save you time as in it isn't their fault for the low score but delivery issues so they are unfair and unwarranted.

They need to use a more reputable and polite delivery company to get items across to customers.
Contrary to the claim I choose free delivery, the value of the items I purchased automatically qualified me a free delivery. I would rather pay for delivery for my items sent through a reputable delivery company.
I contacted the seller who told me outrightly that since they offered me free delivery, I had to drive 36 mins away from where I live to pick up a piano/accessories from a warehouse.

I wasn’t given an option for expedited delivery and I suggested it because it was a gift for my daughter’s birthday. I calculated the worse delivery day and it was for the 30th. I still stand by the fact that I was compelled to drive over 30 mins away to the warehouse to pick my purchase!!!
It’s worthy to note that your company at that time was the only one who had the PSR-373 and that was why I had to buy from you!!!!!!!
No one has blamed your company directly, I have only suggested you use a more reputable company!! Your service doesn’t end at getting your goods off your shelves in exchange for money.. Your service/responsibility ends when the goods purchased have been delivered to your customers. You can only claim not be responsible up to delivery unless you give your customers the option to sort out their delivery. It’s worthy to state that the delivery company does not have a reliable tracking system!! I do understand that issues can arise from delivery but in this case I was home and I was one the phone with customer service asking for an update on my delivery when an email was sent to me claiming I wasn’t home and the items have been sent back to a ware house!!!!
Being all defensive over my personal experience is unprofessional. My current experience will the overall service in my opinion is deserving of a one star and I shouldn’t be compelled to increase my rating because you want to project an excellent image to the public.
I won’t be responding to anything regarding this purchase again!! All the best.

Recently bought a guitar from Symphony, and I will just preface this review by saying I returned the guitar, but at no fault of this wonderful music store.

The guitar just wasn't for me and I wasn't going to spend the time upgrading it, and I realised this within a few days of receiving it. I immediately contacted Dave from Symphony and he was open and communicative from the very beginning, as well as extremely fast to respond, detailing the returns process and how to send it back. It was wrapped up and sent back last week and upon writing this review the money is already on it's way back into my account. I seriously cannot fault this shop at all.

I bought this guitar because it was a special run colour and it was the only website I'd seen it on new, and it really was new. I was surprised just based on that alone, because this colour is usually only available second hand. Symphony has some great deals which everyone should watch out for, as will I be keeping an eye out for in the future.

All in all I would recommend anyone to buy from this shop just based on the speed of the communication alone and how helpful they are with online orders. If there's something I'm ever looking for I will be buying from them again.

A trusted and reliable customer service who act promptly on queries. Reasonable price for all the instruments.

Called them up on xmas eve and they were really friendly. Looked up the history of the resale Uke I was interested in and gave me a good description. Was confident from that to order it later that day. Overnight delivery too when the shop reopened after xmas.

Great price and speedy delivery, even over Christmas period.

Oh and the Ukulele is fantastic!

First time of dealing with Symphony but I'm very impressed, fast dispatch and kept me updated. Unfortunately when the courier attempted delivery no one was in so had to rebook another delivery but that was no fault of Symphony. I would shop with them again 👍

Fantastic shop

Amazing 👏. Bought a Gibson Explorer from Symphony music. Dave the owner was super helpful after some issues with my billing address and then delivered the guitar personally to my address because be was worries about the cold temperatures for the nitro finish. Cannot recommend them enough.
