As i have stated in a email yesterday to yourself, i will wait to hear from Trading Standards and I'm more than confident if they was to get in touch and reveiw all signed paperwork and emails they will find I've done nothing wrong. You requested a site visit due to issues with internet speed affecting camera image quality, we spent one hour on site adjusting the bandwidth after realising you had recently had a upgrade from your internet provider, the visit consisted of two engineers plus a total of 45 minutes travel time. i charged you £72.00 including VAT knowing you had tampered with the system and had been up on ladders tampering with the side gate camera and relocating it from where we installed it which as a result has voided your warranty. Unfortunately as a Business, i do have to charge for site visits, even more so when the reason I'm coming out for is no fault of my own. Your review is extremely unfair, you know as well as i know its not a honest review,whats strange is your system was installed September 2020 and you have since asked for a quote for an alarm system and had us out twice due to you tampering with your CCTV system and internet speed issues,if my workmanship was that bad surely you wouldnt of paid in full in september 2020 and ask for another quote and have us on site again. I have also offered you a no interest monthly payment plan to pay the £72.00 you owe, which you have refused. On that note, i would like to wish you and Bev the very best but due to your refusal to pay your bill and threat of reporting me to the Trading Standards, we will not be attending your site again and i would reccomend that you find another Security service provider going forward.
