This merchant is total FRAUD. They sent me a totally different cheap shirt, nothing like the shirt advertised which I purchased. No refund. My card company, "DISCOVER" got my money back for me.

I purchased a pair of sandals in April 2026. They were cheaply made and very uncomfortable. I asked to return them and was told the return shipping was $40-$50. Or, I could keep the item and get a 15% refund, which I opted for. It's now July and I'm still waiting for the refund despite 5 follow-up emails.

I ordered three pieces of clothing. They were all the same size they all fit differently. None of them fit, right! They were strings falling off of one... cheaply made. They sent the wrong sweater altogether and I've gone back-and-forth with them and they refuse to finish the refund even though it was clearly and they've admitted it was their mistake. Don't ever order from them!!!! They're horrible in the customer service department

Made a $100 purchase for a wool jacket. Upon receipt I could see that the jacket was too small to even be classified as an XL. Also it was not lined and seemed poorly constructed. I immediately initiated a return of this order and was told I needed to pay $50 and ship it to their factory in China. I was also given an incomplete address. I went to their website and saw that returns can be shipped to London. $16 via DHL was a bargain vs $50 to China (1/2 the cost of the jacket). (FYI - the item package had an Illinois address on the label) I shipped the jacket and sent them the shipping info. to initiate my refund. They insisted that there was no way to inspect the item shipped to their own published London return address. Item was sent in pristine condition, I did not even bother trying on because it was so small. I returned it to their published RETURN address so how can that be that it cannot be received for inspection? There is absolutely no semblance of true customer service here. In order to acquire and keep customers, sometimes you need to make exceptions and make allowances at the convenience of your customers. THAT is why the best retailers have a happy customer base, even when orders do not work out. It remains to be seen if they will refund my $100, and of course any decent, honest retail company with integrity would do so. I wanted to share this experience and issue a severe BUYER BEWARE to those who engage to purchase anything from this awful company.

I would give this business ZERO stars. The seams don't match up, there are no tags, the sweater is incredibly short, the fabric is CHEAP...AND the only way to return is to ship to CHINA! The post office said the charge would be 75.99!! This was more than each item and almost as much as the 2 combined. This business is a SCAM. AVOID at ALL costs!

False advertising regarding quality of product, sizes, and ability to return the product. I cannot wear the product as it is too large and looks very cheap. Responses to my numerous emails were timely, but appear to be AI generated. I was given 2 options: Return the product to China for a $75 shipping fee (if I wanted it tracked), or get a refund of 12% of the purchase price. I chose the 12% refund as I was not going to spend an additional $75 to ship. I have yet to receive any refund. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company, unless you have money to waste!!

I agree with everything negative about Sydney Thomas that has been written here. Clothes are poorly made, have no labels on them, are poor quality and are not as described. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Returns are difficult and cost more that the items are worth.

I was duped by this company. I checked their website before ordering, and it's mostly lies. They don't say anywhere the clothes would be shipped from China or have to be returned to China. They list a UK address on the website, alluding that the returns would go there. None of the clothes I purchased fit and when I requested a refund, they first asked me to take a picture with the clothes. What??? When I sent them a picture of the clothes in the original bags, they offered me 15% discount without returning the clothes or full refund if I shipped the clothes back to China. When I objected, they offered me a 20% refund without having to return the clothes. When I checked the rates to ship to China, it would be more closely to $50-$100, not $40-50 as they state. Don't be duped.

Total Scam!! they refuse to replace the items that do not fit. It took 2 months to get them and they refuse to exchange them.

The "suede" jacket is faux velvet. It is NOTHING like the picture. The "Large" sweaters are more like petite large. The labels and care tags were missing in the items excEPT the "merino wool" sweater which had a label stating 90% polyester and 9% spandex. The sandals are a total piece of crap.

Don’t order anything from this company.

This is a fraudulent company. The colorful “cashmere sweater” on their website- is made of nylon or polyester. Not sure because there are no tags of any sort of the fake garment. No size or materials or care instructions. They guarantee a full refund if you’re not happy ( which I was not) but when I requested this they said I’d have to return the item and pay for the shipping myself- which is almost as much as the fake sweater. Don’t buy anything from this criminal company

Funny thing about this company...I ordered a striped sweater and it is REALLY NICE. I also ordered suede slip-ons, and they came separately. They are the cheapest pieces of s**t I have ever seen. Worse than any of the cheapest shoes you could buy at WalMart. No way would I wear them, while I will be happy to wear the sweater. So, who knows? But I doubt I will order from them again.

I bought my cardigan 15 days ago and have still not received it. On top of that, when I try and track my package their system says ‘ no such item found’. Someone from this company emailed me, said my package had been mailed and that they were having problems with their tracking system. I have now contacted the company THREE TIMES, with no resolution. This company is very incompetent and negligent in sending packages out.

Supposedly an order was shipped on February 5. It is now March 18 and there has been no movement in the shipping tracking. Their customer service representative is telling me they cannot issue a refund because it has been shipped and they cannot do anything until I have received it. But in my mind it's clear that it is lost in transit. Their company information insinuates that they're California based but all of the shipping is from China. TEMU vibes. Will obviously never order from this company again.

Fraud Alert! I wonder if this company actually exists. I am out my money for the sweater, plus what seems an outrageous shipping fee with “protection” $ added on. No communication, no shipping date or tracking info, just the money sucked out of my credit card.

I’m also deeply annoyed by Facebook for carrying ads for scam businesses like this.

Sweater was supposed to be over-sized, brown. I'm 5ft and it barely came to my waist - and it was some kind of orange. In Goodwill pile.

If you need to return an item, they are not located in California, you have to somehow mail it to CHINA! For weeks I have been getting the runaround, first they need you to send a picture of the items to return, then they mention a form they will send, and a discount they will give ALL LIES. Run buyer Run!

If the option was there for NO STARS that's what they would get. Bought a cashmere sweater (Or so I thought NOT cashmere at all) received a piece of garbage that wouldn't fit a midget. Returning it isn't an option as they are in China which isn't on their website and costs $40 to return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

A complete SCAM... the cashmere pullover came 17 days after order... I ordered Medium... they shipped XXL... the construction of this garment was below POOR... awful sewing... the only label indicated the size as XXL, not the M I ordered. Truly a complete scam. Hard to describe how shabby this garment is.
