Rude staff terrible service they took £300 for scooter I bought it for sons birthday it came late son played on it for 1 day tried to charge did not work thought I would buy new charger so tried new charger would not work so phones them they said send it back then the person said have you swapped it for another scooter I was gob smacked I am still waiting for refund or new scooter still got none my name is Mr duncan so they can see who wrote this I have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls still no response my child is devistated== update they have blocked my number the man said he no longer taking calls from me they have blocked my number so I rung on no id they answered straight away he said they blocked my number because I put this review on they still have my money and scooter i have to contact them by email but they never response

We have since collected your scooter from your address, which was Fri 27th August, and received your scooter on the 31st Aug after the Bank holiday. We have asked kindly for your patience whilst your scooter is properly assessed over the next two days. The scooter must be checked entirely before any decision can be made to replace or refund. The scooter came broken .it was packed broken when speaking to customer service advisor wasn't that helpful made me feel like I was lying wouldn’t listen to what I was saying when it was both mudguards broken even with several pictures sent they wanted more proof not sure what more proof you needed when shown 2 broken mudguards. They just kept saying it was done in transit which this was clearly not as the the scooter was well packed and the broken mudguard and the back one was still on the wrapped scooter, also sent picture of the box it came in which wasn’t damaged in any way not even a little dent was put with the packet of screws and the instruction manual . I brought this for my grandad son’s birthday look good giving him a broken scooter that cost £299.I was going to get another one for my son in law but won't be buying that here .

Since your initial communication with us, we had swiftly responded to all your messages and a replacement mudguard was ordered for you straight away, which you should receive this week, we have also provided you with an instruction video on how to replace the mudguard, which is incredibly simple to do. Please note that It's not in anyone's interest to send out damaged goods. Damage to the mudguard could only have happened during transportation. It would not have simply been packed into the box in the way you have suggested. We welcome all feedback as long as it's fair and proportionate to the service and products we provide to our customers. The scooter itself is really good very pleased with it, does exactly what it says. The only problem I’ve had is the back tyre is constantly getting a puncture was soft when arrived and have had 6 repairs since purchased.

They should be pumped betwen 40-50 Psi. The best way to guage your tire pressure is with a bicycle pump, you can then also measure the Psi with the bicycle pump gauge. If the tires aren't correctly pumped with the right pressure, then punctures may occur, especially with high performance electric scooters. We hope you manage to correct this. Hopefully a better experience next time
Wide range of scooters, quick response to emails but my experience could have been better. Received tracking details after I ordered a scooter. I started with a update, My scooter was in transit. Then I got some more updates but out of sync with times that things where actually happening. Then to my surprise my parcel is out for delivery and then delivered in Germany. For someone with anxiety this was stressful. I was told in emails that I would receive updated tracking information in a couple days. The tracking information I received when I clicked on the links didn’t give me much information about my parcel and the eta of my parcel getting to me. I had to download different apps just to see where my parcel was. One of which is still telling me my parcel is still in Germany. I have received my scooter in England and yet to ride it. In times like these where everyone has to order things online now and people taking advantage of that fact. I think the tracking information I received could have been alot more transparent.

On each product page an ETA is displayed for each product listed. If the ETA displays 5 - 10 Business days. Then the item is imported from the EU and the import duty is paid in advance. If the ETA is between 2 - 5 business days then the product is shipped from our UK distribution centre. Ordered a scooter on the 15th of June…
Ordered a scooter on the 15th of June for my son’s birthday on the 25th was given an email saying order was confirmed that day 4 days later was given another email stating my scooter had been dispatched frm Poland to Germany this was on a Friday received no more tracking history so emailed on the mom to be told I would be sent ul tracking that day nothing sent so emailed again the next day to be told my order was being given a full refund as there was a problem with ul customs and it wouldn’t be delivered within the 10 day time frame no use to anyone 4 days before a birthday! Shocking and poor service given by this company plus when calling no answer

We deeply regret that we were unable to fulfill your order on this occasion and we do apologize for any inconveniece this may have caused to you. We understand that you needed your order sooner than what our shipment timeframe stipulates. For our domestic shipments delivery is made within 2-4 business days. Our timeframe for some of our products still stands at 5-10 business days. This is depending on which product you purchase and if we need to import it in from our EU distribuion centre or not. The shipment eta is reflected on our product page for all our customers to review. We are very transparent in how we ship our goods and the shipment process, which is all outlined in our shipment policy. We had communicated with you throughout the shipment process and had explained that your order would be shipped from our EU distribution center. A tracking number was then provided to you, and we had confirmed with you that your order had arrived in Germany after 3 days in transit from Poland. It was then being prepared for its onward journey to the UK. We did explain in our correspondence, that there is a process in place which needs to be followed when importing goods into the UK. We had reassured you that your order will be delivered to you within our stated shipment timeframe of 5-10 business days. We accept you weren't prepared to wait for us to follow through with this process. So for this reason, and as you have confirmed, we immediately actioned a full refund for you. We always do our best to communicate with our customers and to deliver our goods on time. 9/10 this is achieved. Scoot City were magnificent!
Having looked at many electric bikes on the internet I decided to go with a bike from Scoot City. Right from the outset, they were quick to respond to questions and kept me informed about my order. In particular Pascual Soares was wonderful, giving me regular updates. The product is fantastic and I can't recommend Scoot City highly enough. Thank you.

Outstanding service throughout
Electric scooter came earlier than stated slight damage but company have been right on it within minutes and had new part sent out….nothing major just a bit of broken plastic but all in all a fantastic scooter and a fantastic company will defo recommend and definitely use myself again in the future

We had recieved notification from you yesterday that your scooters battery compartment had fallen out and the screws all came out suddenly. I wish to note that we sell many Aovo scooters and we have never seen such an occurance happen before, especially for a 3 week old scooter.

Our engineer had provided us with a detailed report, and had noted that the label on the battery had changed color, which would indicate that the scooter has been affected by water. Our engineer has also noted that the scooter in this video is a much older scooter, and deffinitely not a scooter which we sold you. Both the manufacturer as well as our engineer have confirmed this.
I wish to note that Aovo is one of the most reliable scooters on the market and they undergo extensive quality checks. The Aovo scooter is also one of our best selling scooters and100% waterproof. It's entirely watertight, therefore the screws which seal the battery compartment are incredibly secure and is not possible for the screws to simply fall out the way you have confirmed they did.

We had explained to you, that the bike which you were looking for us to source for you, would be imported from our eu hub. We had explained at length what the delivery time would be and you had agreed that you were ok with this. Immediately after your initial purchase with us, you still had concerns due to your previous experiences with an online platform called Wish. Immediately after your order was placed with us, and before we proceeded with your order, we re-confirmed with you, to make sure that you were happy to proceed with the Eta timeframe. We even offered to provide you a full refund, if perhaps you had changed your mind. We provided you with a number of options, and you had agreed to proceed with the order under the agreed terms. Throughout the whole process in delivering this particular bike to you. We had communicated with you entirely from start to finish nearly every day, and we had answered all your questions, 9/10 these questions were answered within seconds. From the initial stages, we new you had your concerns and you were eager to receive your bike as soon as possible. We always strive to deliver on time and we certainly did our best to give you full reassurance that your bike would be delivered on time and within our agreed timeframe, in which you had excepted. Your tracking was made available to you and we explained in full the route which we took to make sure your bike was imported from the EU without any further delay at customs. I brought 1 it broke in 2 weeks got enough 1 and the same happened again . So spend over 600 pound not happy and will not be buying any of the scooters again the company was great help just the scooters not worth the money

At this time you had informed us that your sons scooter had broken. After we had received your correspondence, it was noted that this was due to accidental damage. I wish to confirm that there was only one scooter which was ordered from us. As your 1st scooter was less than 2 weeks old. We did agree to send you out a replacement scooter. We then received further notification from you 2 weeks later to say that your replacement scooter's fender had broken off. We did provide support with this as well, by ordering in a new fender for you under your manufacturer backed warranty. Since having received the replacement scooter from us back in January and us addressing the fender with a replacement. We have not received any further correspondence from you with regards to any other issues with the scooter. Should you wish for us to diagnose the scooter, you are welcome to send it into us, so that our engineer can address the issue - Best Regards - Scoot City
