Service was extremely efficient and seamless. I was provided with all necessary pros and cons of the switch which enabled me to make a considered decision on the transfer.

Generally very good, but I did have some problems in knowing which profile (EDF, our new supplier, or Octopus) to login as! Some confusion regarding uploading pictures of our meters; what site to use.

I give a 3 star review as I do not think you have been looking out for better deals for us since 2020 .The reason I think this is because nothing changed since then so I rang to ask why and was asked for my last bills so emailed them,then within a week was changed to a new supplier ? I think if I had not rang, I would have still been with the same supplier. I thought switched monitored my account , am I doing something wrong as I had to send my last bill. Before 2020 you changed me on a regular basis and I thought you were worth being with I am now having doubts?

Everything has been good since joining Switchd, I no longer have to search for energy deals as it’s sorted for me, keep the good work going.

The whole process was a complete muddle. I reached the point where I was prepared to stay with my current provider. I could not find a phone number for your company nor one for EDF. Fortunately a friend was registered with EDF and she gave me a number which allowed me to rung and sort the muddle out.

Had been with them for a few years, and emails didn't offer deals I wanted so they went to junk automatically. Then I got a message from my energy company informing me my account had been switched to a company who were £50 a month more than I was paying. Completely without my authorisation. It took me two months to sort it out. Hours on the phone with both companies and making a complete mess of my carefully organised finances (I'm on a very meagre pension). Then the cheeky sods had the nerve to charge me £13 for the privilege. Deeply unamused by the whole episode.
