Informative and proactive from minute one.

I first had a call about switching digital which I knew nothing about, Joe then reassured me it was a seamless process.

We then rearranged at short notice for Ash to come In a few days later to discuss and plan out the switchover. He was polite and very knowledgeable and explained what he recommended to fit our business needs in detail.

2 weeks later Liam was here to install the new service. Our broadband was horrific before and the new full fibre connection has been a game changer. Plus our new LG phones are so much better than our old system.

Making the decision to change our phone company to Switch-Tel has been one of the best I've made all year. The support provided by Ash during our initial conversation and reconciliation of everything certainly helped me to understand exactly what we were (over)paying for. And the time, effort, and ongoing support invested by Matt during our transition, to present day, is exceptional. It really is refreshing to deal with a friendly team and a company that genuinely values its customers.

Very good service. Ash has set up our contract, Liam installed the telephones and Jack and Matt have sorted things remotely for us. We can get through straight away to talk to one of the team and we have been helped straight away. We are really pleased with the whole service, thank you!

Recently switched to Switch Tel and dealt with Ash to discuss what our company needed which is way more cost effective than our competitors. Excellent service every time when BT lets you down

Had Liam come out to supply/install a new phone system in our business which was carried out quickly and effectively, his knowledge regarding the new operating system was top quality and very helpful. Liam also installed a new StarLink WiFi system for us which was quicky switched over and much more productive than our previous internet. Any queries we had regarding the new internet was explained to us in full detail making the switch much easier. Overall 5 star service from a top employee.

We were looking for a new business package for our business (Spolton Mortgages) in Sleaford.

We had a meeting with Ash this morning and his advice but also the package he put together for us were absolutely on point and matched our requirements perfectly.

Normally these meetings feel very daunting with loads of sale spitch and jargon to wade through and by contrast the service from Ash at Switch-Tel has been absolutely amazing so far.

Very happy with Switch Tel and Joe. We had problems with our old provider when the systems went down, and they blamed our internet provider, which it wasn't, and Joe got us back online within a day, all set up with our VoIP, and later in the week, our new internet was set up too! All in all, a great service and competitively priced too!
