I recently had my gas boiler serviced by Dan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work.
Dan carried out a thorough inspection and explained everything in clear, simple terms, which really put my mind at ease. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was running safely and efficiently before he left.
It’s not often you find someone so reliable and genuinely dedicated to doing a great job. I’ll definitely be calling Dan again for any future boiler work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a gas engineer.

Switchheat installed a new Boiler for me after my old one stopped working and was left with no water or heating.They managed to fit me in the same week which was amazing.Daniel was very informative and knowledgeable explaining everything to me also kept the place tidy .I would definitely Recommend and use them again. I was heavily pregnant in the middle of December when our boiler stopped working. Daniel was incredibly helpful and came out to look the very next morning. He gave us a few options but we agreed a new boiler would be the best decision for us moving forward. It was installed within the next day and he even came back a few days later to double check everything was as it should be while taking his time to demonstrate the hive system. I ended up going into labour that weekend so I can’t thank him enough for sorting it before we got home! Excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend switch heat. Thank you!
