The Swisscare Insurance company is highly recommended due to their excellent customer service.
I had to cancel and reschedule my travel twice and they helped me promptly by refunding the amount.

I recently had very good experience with Swisscare customer service in resolving an issue with my policy. Yevgeniya did a great job.

I have been trying to reach them since Friday August 30th, they doesn't have any contact channel other than Email, and they haven't replied yet.
I even commented in their Facebook and still no response.

I had an urgent policy document correction to be made. I got a very helpful and swift response to resolve the issue.

Great speed and service

I am going on a tourist trip to Switzerland and yesterday I paid my insurance for 24 days. I received a receipt, but the insurance file still hasn't been sent 24 hours later. I urgently need the insurance to apply for a visa.
I am in shock from such service.
Also I don't have a login and password to enter my personal account.

UPDATE On 28/08: I did receive my insurance and login to my personal account after contacting the customer service by email. But I still find this situation extremely frustrating, considering that they do not warn you anywhere that you will not get your insurance immediately after payment.

I haven’t had an emergency, but the appointments are easily booked. For the finance help it usually takes more than 24 hours for them to answer the first email. But from then on the service is straight forward.

The service is straightforward and intuitive to use. I didn’t encounter any problems with the purchasing a policy.
The customer service deserves a special mention. When I had an unusual case and I had to cancel my policy, Yevgeniya from the CS managed to help me in a short time.
All in all, my experience with this company was very positive. I’m sure that I will be purchasing a new policy from the same provider next year.

Easy to create insurance and quick email response in case of any changes.

Estamos residiendo en España y no hemos logrado saber dónde y cómo es el procedimiento para recibir atención médica. Siempre que llamamos nos atienden personas distintas y a cada una hemos tenido que explicarles exactamente lo mismo y luego de un mes, desde el primer contacto con el seguro, seguimos en la misma situación. Mala gestión y pésima orientación al cliente. Tampoco el seguro nos ha explicado qué cubre y qué no, a pesar de que hemos contratado una póliza sin carencias y sin copagos. Deseamos que nadie tenga que vivir esta experiencia.
