Absolutely terrible service. I regret not booking with Blacklane instead. We were promised a meet-and-greet in the airport terminal, but that didn’t happen. The driver only messaged later, saying he’d arrive “soon,” even though tracking was provided. This is far from a premium experience—no apology, no courtesy, nothing. I had to carry our bags to the car myself, and the ride was no better. The driver braked so hard that our suitcases slammed around in the boot. For 100 CHF, this was shockingly bad. To make it worse, I had to ask the driver to actually get out of his car and come to the meeting point. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid at all costs. Name of driver was Daniel Neykov. If you’re going to have to walk to the car park yourself you might as well just book an Uber for a fraction of the cost.

I found this company by searching online.
Their prices were reasonable. Had a confirmation booked immediately, I even sent an email to confirm that it is 100% locked and received a response within minutes confirming.
Our driver contacted me when he was on the way to our hotel picking us up from St Moritz. He was early waiting loaded the car, was great to deal with and supplied water.
I even asked for a pitstop as it was a long drive he was so nice in suggesting a nice spot to have a snack, then went on our way to our next destination.
Honestly I had an excellent experience and would recommend!

Extremely poor service. If I could rate zero, I would, as the transfer didn't even arrive!
Myself and my partner were waiting outside the Yotel Lake Geneva at 11.30pm, the allotted time and date.

When no one showed up after 10-15mins, I called the support line only to be told that Swiss Travel Transfer cancelled my booking and sent me an email the day before advising of the cancellation.

I can say that I did not indeed receive an email notification at all and no it was not in my spam folder as I check this on a daily basis.

This was not a cheap transfer.
I believe I was treated poorly by your company and will not be recommending your company to anyone.
If it was not possible to supply a transfer at the alotted time then my booking should not have been confirmed in the first place.

Whenever we travel from Zürich Airport we choose Swiss Travel Transfer. They are very reliable, friendly and drive at a fair price.

The driver received us on time and was friendly and helped us with out lugguage. It was our first time in Bern so he made sure we dripped off at the right point in the building. Much appreciated .

Wir haben vor 4 Wochen unseren Transfer gebucht - 1 Tag vor dem Transfer wurde dieser von Swiss Travel Transfer annulliert.

Very disappointed .Lately their service is very bad .. They cancel my 2 bookings last minute . They have another offer but more expensive than my confirmed booking that they cancelled. I booked few months earlier only to receive email less than 48 hours that they are not available .
also another experience was I ordered a luxury car , a different car arrived .one time a car with a big UBER sticker on the side ;(

I have used Swiss Travel Transfer four times in the last 3 months for airport transfers and their service has been exceptional. They operate professionally, deal with booking requests instantly and have been very accommodating when our flight got cancelled a few hours prior to departure.

We have travelled with 4 different drivers and all were very courteous and helpful.
