Great! Our trip from Zürich Airport to Lauterbrunnen was very pleasant. Top rating in punctuality, reliability and service. We will definitely travel with this company again. The only little niggle: there was a quiet strong smell of a perfume in the car - we would prefer unscented environment.

Our driver was annoyed that we arrived late. He said he waited for 1 1/2 hours but the plane was delayed by 1 hour and there were long lines at immigration and we waited for quite a while for our luggage. After reasoning with him, he realized his mistake and was apologetic.
Blame it on youth and inexperience. The driving was good and car was comfortable and clean.

Request pick up from Lucerne to Chur early morning. Driver was early and waited for my family. The car was spacious and clean. During the travel, it was uneventful and we reached the destination on time specified. Overall great experience.

Very nice and friendly driver. But if I order a car to the airport fpr 3 adults and luggage it is very disappointing when a small car is coming and we have to place some of the luggage on our laps.

The driver was professional and drove very smooth. The car was comfortable (Mercedes Limousine), clean, smelled nicely neutral and was more than spacious enough for 2 people with 2 big suitcases. The driver also didn't talk our ears off, which we liked after a full day of traveling.
I can't recommend it enough. It's also cheaper than the airport parking would have been.

Dimo Dimov Met us right at the exit with a sign. He was super friendly, helped us with all our luggage as we came out after a long flight with 2 small kids and 6 pieces of luggage. He waited for us to quickly go to the bathroom and it was a smooth ride to our destination. It was incredible and worth its money for comfort and luxury travel from Zurich Airport to Germany.
