Swiss Remedies AG Anmeldelser 

Not sure if the first of these reviews are legit but I do know the one before this one is legit cause I had same experience. Maybe $1200 is a lot of money to some folks but is to me. I’m chalking it up to a bad bad learning experience.
Swiss Remedies won’t return my messages when inquiring about order. They use Global Shipping for orders I guess. Placed order middle of May 2025 and it’s June 19th. No way to track order once it leaves Europe. If I receive my order in next couple weeks I’ll change my review.
Don’t use Swiss Remedies. They are a non legit company out of India that makes you believe they are out of Switzerland. I should have purchased what I needed here in the US at a much higher price but at least I’d have what I needed and not out $1200 usd. Stupid me.
I’m going through the internet making reviews to warn others to not make my costly mistake. Can’t imagine if I’d placed an order for a ton more cause I’d hire a couple of knuckle dragging hit men or thug's to hunt these scammers down. Can’t cost too much them being based in India? Maybe I can go in shares with others scammed? Should start a company that hunts scammers and then gets justice. Get rich.

These guys are running a sophisticated scam people and trust me when I
 Tell you stay away from this brand and anything to do with them, they are a very sophisticated long time running scam. I am yet to find anyone that has been able to actually purchase anything off them. They tell you to pay via crypto or bank
Transfer to an account in Bulgaria. Then that account rejects your payment then you get told u can only pay by crypto you make a crypto payment then once you make you first payment they change the entire agreement you’ve made with them now that they have you sucked in you have make another transaction which was meant to be on receiving your products but they twist the story and say they don’t trust u will make payment so u have to pay once it passed there customs but little do you know they are going to use a website they’ve created to scam u so you put in the tracking number they give into shipping company website you’ve never heard of with in 3 days it passes customs and you have to make full payment then suddenly which has never ever happened to me the parcels that have passed customs have to go back to mail sorting for checking, now that is some bullshit but that’s also when I knew I had been scammed because guess what they asked for next because they had recieved full payment they needed more money now to pay off customs supposedly to get the shipping going. But that’s when I stopped paying and did more research on the shipping company and yeah I got scammed but I’m doing this for the people that they are going to try and scam again in the future. I sware to everyone People like this and companies that build there wealth in this manner from people need to be stopped. I hope they wake one day and all their karma coming to them hits them at once. 

Please anyone dealing with them I hope you’ve seen this now cos I have just saved you so much money. I wish someone had given me the same advice other than these dickheads that say they are good to deal with are most likely them and their mates. People I give you my word they are a complete scam with nothing but bullshit coming out of this company.

The shipping company domain they used was only 4 months old 
Globallship . com - 100% scam website supposed to be a business from the uk but there is absolutely nothing about the company anywhere other than their bullshit website that’s only been live since 4 months ago. I wish I did more research before I sent them any more money. ATTENZIONE è una TRUFFA!!!

Il 30/12/23 ho chiesto via mail (alla mail che loro dicono essere la sola via di comunicazione) i prezzi dei loro prodotti.

Il 04/01/24 mi hanno inviato un file con 3 livelli di prezzo.

Il 08/01/24 ho fatto l’ordine e subito dopo mi hanno inviato le coordinate bancarie per fargli il bonifico.
Dopo 3 giorni hanno incassato il bonifico e con una mail successiva mi hanno scritto che non potevano più inviarmi i prodotti perché per loro problemi di logistica inviano prodotti solo se si raggiungeva lo scaglione più alto. Dovevo spendere il doppio. Richiesta veramente assurda!!!!!
Mi hanno anche scritto che diversamente mi avrebbero rimborsato l’intero importo.

Non rispondono più alle mail.

Ad oggi 14/02/24 nonostante i numerosi solleciti sul rimborso, non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso.
Ovviamente non volevo più i prodotti.

Al mio ulteriore sollecito del 13/02/24 mi hanno risposto che il loro corriere ha avuto problemi nel mio stato e che il pacco era fermo e che per un eventuale rimborso dovevo aspettare che si risolvessero i problemi con il corriere, al quale l'autorità aveva sequestrato tutto il carico.

Ovviamente mio malgrado gli ho comunicato che la mattina stessa avrei depositato un denuncia contro la società e tutto il personale che ha preso parte a questa truffa compreso il destinatario del bonifico.

Ho tutte le mail che ho scambiato con la swiss-remedies.com e copia del bonifico che provano la truffa che hanno fatto.

Ad oggi 27/02/24 il CORRIERE scelto dalla “Swiss Remedies AG” NON MI HA MAI CONSEGNATO NULLA. Qualunque scrittura diversa da quanto sopra è falsa.

La “Swiss Remedies AG” infatti non ha alcun documento che ho siglato, con la mia firma che tra l’altro è molto molto complessa, al loro corriere per la ricezione del pacco; perché il corriere non mi ha mai consegnato nulla.

La “Swiss Remedies AG” ha aggiornato il traking solo a posteriori ovvero solo il 26/02/24 dopo avere appreso che TrustPilot ha giudicato la mia recensione autentica, etichettandola come verificata, anche perché ho prodotto tutti i documenti che lo dimostrano e ho rispettato le loro linee guida.
