Have been renting a storage unit at Swift for over a year and they have been awesome! Reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have made my experience stress free and easy with access to everything on your phone. I highly recommend Swift to anyone who's looking to store your goods 😁 Thank you for having me! Swift Storage Hervey Bay. Service like no other. Always are very happy to help.
If I could please make a suggestion though. I accidentally locked my phone and keys in my storage unit, with no way of contacting anyone as I was on my own, outside of operating hours. I did leave a voice message on a nice couples phone that she called the phone number in the gate. Left a message, and they left. I waited 3.5 hours for someone to come and help. Cars came and went, no one asked if I was ok. I ended up leaving my locked car and my phone and keys in a locked shed. And walked back to where I was staying 1.4km up a hill. I have health issues so this didn’t help. I arrived back and used a friends phone to call, only to be told am I at the gate because now I was locked out, it can be done remotely and long story short I got everything back. I had to use a friends phone and get them to drop me back there.
My point is for someone on their own like myself, it would be ideal to have someone available. I’m not sure how often you check cameras etc but you would have seen me walking around as there was nowhere to sit or to get some water as it was over 32 degrees that day.
I didn’t know phone numbers so I couldn’t walk to the service station and get them to call someone.
Just my opinion that’s all. It was my stupid fault.
It all worked out in the end.

Would be nice if you could pay by the week rather than having to pay by a full month, even if you only need the unit for a few days into a month.

Hervey Bay location
I really like your clean and tidy facilities. I find them very secure and easy to use. As a lady I feel safe while I'm there and I tend it visit later in the day when it's cooler.
