Dalian. Look the guys were all great, the service was great. Harry and Nick did a great job but Dalian led the team, he did a fantastic job of managing stress levels, and managed to put together an insanely complicated double bunk bed in an hour on his own. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

The whole team, from initial telephone contact, through to the personal sales call, to the team arriving to pack the day before we moved, and then finish moving us in the next day, were all prompt, professional, polite, well prepared with the result we had an extremely successful move.
Our sincere gratitude and thanks to the whole Swift team for their care and attention. We literally could not have done it without you.

Dalian, Lewis and Andy arrived early and reassured us that everything would be sorted and completed with no issues. They helped organise and pack the last few things and quickly loaded everything. When we arrived at our new house they had everything unloaded quickly and carefully. They constantly reassured us and communicated with us throughout to ensure everything was put where it needed to be.

Nothing was too much to ask of them and they made what we were expecting to be a very stressful day a very straightforward and easy one instead

Minor learning point - if you’re moving out one day but not moving in till a few days later, book the 2nd move quickly - I didn’t do so and Swift were booked up that day so I was living with no furniture for a few days - I could have been advised of this a little more clearly…

Kind of wish we'd seen the reviews before booking our removals with Swift.
Big move, from the Midlands to Scotland, so quote was for 3 men, 3 days.
Day 1 load the van, day 2 drive to Scotland, day 3 drive back.
I thought the guys when they arrived on day 1 would be with us for the day. We opted to pack ourselves as our sons were also clearing out and the stuff in their rooms was theirs.
3-man team arrived (an hour later than quoted), and immediately we were told by the guy in charge that he'd got a meeting at 4. What?
I ignored that comment and took him round the house and told him what was and what wasn't to go. There were some items we hadn't packed eg houseplants, as I wasn't sure how to pack these.
He said we hadn't asked for dismantling beds (I had specifically asked for this, as the sales guy said they would put beds back together if they'd dismantled them), so I said we definitely did ask for this. He checked with the office then went ahead with the dismantling.
The team were very efficient and very fast - too fast. All the stuff I'd identified as not to go on the van ended up on the van. They literally picked up everything they could find and shoved it on the van.
After arriving at 9:30am they finished loading at 1:30pm. One of the junior guys (who were both fantastic and friendly) said 'great, bang on time' so clearly they finished according to their schedule.
The boss guy said to me 'you wasn't really ready to load, was ya?' Pardon? We were as ready as we could possibly be, according to the advice given to us. We were told that on the day, we would have caring, considerate people who would make our moving day easy and stress free. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to say that.they made a stressful day even more stressful.
I really wanted to write a sparkling review of our removals experience, but apart from saying that the two support guys were really lovely, I'm afraid I can't.

Josh and Jason worked extremely hard, on a really hot day. Nothing was too much trouble for them on our move on 19 June. Moving to a small cottage there were challenges with the stairs, but they managed to get our king size bed up them!.
I hope Swift Removals realise what good hard working chaps they have working for them.

We have used swift on a couple of moves now. We have had nothing but praise for how hard these guys work. On this occasion both Luke and Nick We amazing and so fast! All our possesion are now safely stored fir a couple of months ready for our new home. Hope you can both do the move with us then! Thank you all!

Your staff were friendly and extremely efficient . I would recommend them.

Rich and Jack were superb. We had a completion date set, arrived on time and got to work. Even with the hot weather we had, nothing was a problem and they both were excellent! Our new home was a long long drive away in Northumberland from Gloucestershire, they drove up the next day and bang on time they said they would and started loading out.

I would totally recommend these guys and use them again.

A fantastic service from start to finish. Ashley and Jeremy helped to coordinate and facilitate a stressful move after months of delays. On the day Dave, Lewis and Liam were polite, professional and worked tirelessly to get us moved and unpacked the other end. Thank you for such brilliant service, and on one of the hottest days as well! ☺️

Rich & Jack arrived super early as this was a 50 mile move. Nothing was too much bother for them, they never complained about moving my very heavy concrete pots and water feature and were respectful and professional during the whole operation. Following an horrendous weather trip to my new home, they remained cheerful and helpful (luckily the rain ceased) for the unloading. Fantastic experience

We had a tricky house move as the completion date for our move was delayed by 3 months. The team at Swift were very friendly and supportive, and when moving day finally came the whole experience was stress-free and thorough. The guys who moved our belongings (Ross, Dalian and Andy) were so quick at loading the lorry, and they were considerate with no job too tricky when unloading awkward furniture. We'd gladly recommend Swift Removals to anyone who's looking to move home!

Excellent company from start to finish. They were extremely accommodating when we were unsure of dates. On the actual move day, Jason, Jack and Josh were very professional and worked incredibly hard all day. Thank you so much for making a stressful process seem easy.

May not, or maybe does, reflect the whole company- today, after servicing my front tire by myself on my own property, a driver at this company told me to F* Off (precious how i cannot type it verbatim but have to use a starred version when he swore at me fully and numerous times), needless and childishly interrupted me endlessly as I tried to level with him, and out of the blue called me a Man-Hater - which was cute of him - after I said we are all humans, and working class, and we should stop yelling. Swift, if this man (as the growth on his nose suggests) has been on the payroll for years... you should provide counselling for your most unhinged drivers.

We had a Day1/Day 2 moving out and in experience with the excellent team @ Swift Removals & Storage from Tewkesbury. They loaded up our entire house in under 4 hours on Friday 13th June! Due to the distance involved with our move cross country we had our belongings delivered on Monday 16th June. Two different crews both equally good. Ryan quoted for the job and packed with 2 excellent colleagues on Friday whilst Liam, Dalian & Harry unloaded us yesterday - and couldn't have been more helpful. Really pleased we chose Swift Removals, who were competitively priced, communicated well with dates which moved around a bit, and delivered when it mattered most. The Swift team made what had been quite a stressful moving process that little bit easier to cope with. Thank you!

I found the guys from Swift Removals Dave & Liam tremendous. I had a great day with them with their banter but very professional manner. They were incredibly careful with everything and have obviously been well trained. It was a delight to work with these young men as I could relax in the knowledge that the move would go smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Swift Removals was excellent from start to finish. The initial survey with Ryan was very professional and I was so pleased with the options presented. With so much to think about during the home selling/buying process, I decided to enjoy the benefit of the packing service and home clean. The extra support really helped reduce stress at this time-pressured stage of the house move. And the Removal Crew (Jason, Josh and Harry) were amazing!!! They worked fast, but with care. They were polite and communicated well throughout both the packing and moving stages of the move. I felt totally confident in them and they took the anxiety out of the move for me and my husband. I’m so grateful to the Removal Crew and delighted in our decision to use Swift Removals.
