I bought a Philips Lumea BRi358 on this website; with the sale, it cost me 362 EUR. To my surprise, when it arrived in Spain, I had to pay 144 EUR in customs duties, so in the end I paid the same as if I had bought it here. And at no point when you make the purchase do they specify that you’ll have to pay customs duties. The only thing left is for the product to be new and not secondhand, because in the end I don’t have a Spanish warranty, and if it arrives used, I’ll have to pay the return shipping costs myself. Ultimately, these kinds of websites aren’t worth it.

What that company says is nonsense because it cost me the same in Spain and returns are free, whereas if I want to return it to their country, I have to pay for shipping. So, don't buy from them—it's not worth it; you're better off buying it in your own country
EDIT 2: The order has already arrived; the box was smashed to pieces, but the product looked brand new, but to my surprise, it’s the British version—the plug doesn’t work for me and neither do the instructions. Nowhere on their website do they mention that it’s the British version. So, in the end, it’s better to buy in your own country because these people are scammers who make a living off people thinking it’s cheaper, and then they pull a fast one on you. Thank goodness adapters exist.

Kept telling me it's not a shaver (???? Irrelevant?). Asked me to pay hefty return shipping. BAD SLOW UNCOOPERATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not recommend, stay away.
Update: After inspecting the device more, it is 100% a secondhand device. The intensity button (3 intensities with +/- logo) was stuck in the machine and could not be pressed. After showing them this they finally offered no cost one-to-one exchange (but could not guarantee that I wouldn't have to pay hefty import fees again when receiving) so I just decided to return. They subtracted the return shipping fee from my return amount and I lost a lot of money.

This is my first time to buy product from Sweetuskin. I was unsure at first because I was not familiar with this website. What I would like to buy is a product over CAD$1,000 so I have to be very cautious. When I googled this company, the review says it is a genuine website. I like that I can communicate with them via WhatsApp instead of email. If send during office hours, they respond pretty fast. After several communication about my questions on the shipping and timing, I decided to give it a try. It turned out an amazing experience. I received the product within 4 business days. In between, I can always communicate with Sweetuskin. I also received notification on the shipping status. I will for sure order from this website again in the future.

I ordered Attibe Homethera home use. (order #000000418)on May 17,2023.
Dhl has notified me that they need more info for US customs for clearance. I emailed Sweetuskin several times with no response. Now I don't know whats gonna happen with my purchase. Sweetuskin never responded , and i have emailed several times, use their chat on website. No response ! They just charge my credit card and don't take any responsibility it seem. I want a full refund plus shipping charge for I didn't not receive the purchase! U guys said u respond it. I didn't get any response. I can prove that I didn't get any response! I have all the emails that I sent and that I didn't get any response! Email I got is only from DHL saying they need more info. So I had to write the review to get any response !
Its been 1 1/2 months and I didn't get the product. Supposedly it was returned to sweetuskin. They haven't refund my credit card.It cost me $1230.48. This is causing me lots of headache. I might have to take it with credit card co if they don't refund it soon.

I feel scammed. I bought due to the low price. In your website it is said that items are randomly checked in customs. This is not true, your own shipping company DHL is doing the customs dispatch so there is no way the item can avoid custom clearance. On top, the item is stuck in customs because you did not provide CE Mark documents. I have requested it 3 days ago and I am still waiting. The item will not arrive on time for the date I needed it. I would like the full refund, including shipping back, of the item since you did not accomplish your commitment.
