Great Quality
Well the mattress I purchased was not good for me, I've had 4 spinal surgeries and gave it a try, the mattress itself is built great and is very comfortable, but not my comfort level, also the customer service team is absolutely amazing.
100-Day Sleep Trial Refund is fake
We bought a king mattress, knowing they offer the "100-day sleep trial" policy for return. We kept it the recommended 21+ days to settle in. We went back and forth for a week via email as they tried to not offer the refund. Then asked us to donate it and supply the with a signed letter. We done that. Then their "support" team STOPPED replying to my emails. I've sent the letter 8+ times and they've replied maybe twice and they tell me they can't locate the attached PDF signed letter. It has been over a month and they've stopped replying. Phone # for support goes to a voicemail. You'll never actually speak to anyone. None of their social media pages will reply. If I could give their support team less than 1 star, I would.
Currently 45+ days now since our refund ticket was opened, still no resolution.
Sweetnight Mattresses are excelent
I originally purchased a personal (twin-size) Sweetnight mattress and was so impressed with its quality and comfort that I recently decided to upgrade and buy a Queen mattress as well. Both mattresses have been incredibly comfortable and well made — I sleep much better now!
I did have a small issue, but Sweetnight’s customer service was excellent: Ruthie was very professional. They were quick to respond, very helpful, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Sweetnight for their comfort, quality, and great customer support.

Not reliable!
I ordered a queen mattress on December 19th. Through many calls and emails, I sit here at home with still-no mattress. I was told that because of the high volume they are busy. Really? If you can't fill orders, don't say you'll ship within 2 to 5 days. I ordered vinyl custom made covers for my gazebo on the 22nd of December. They arrived today from Dubai.
Amazing Service
My husband and I had issues with our mattress that we purchased 3 years ago. I called SweetNights customer service and explained our situation. Representative asked for some information and once submitted I was almost immediately contacted with a resolution. They replaced the mattress with one of my choosing. I have to say the customer service was equal to Amazon. Wonderful Customer Service, delightful interaction, competent staff, excellent communication and totally service oriented.

Although I was initially unhappy with the softness of the mattress I ordered, Sweetnight worked with me to get a replacement at no charge that I am very happy with. Even though I initially purchased through Amazon, contacting customer support was easy and the end result is great.

Horrible company to deal with. I ordered a mattress via Amazon. I was sent out the wrong mattress. As it was taken out of box I couldn't return via Amazon. I contacted the company over a week ago and I've had no response at all so I can over imagine how horrible they are regarding the 100 night sleep trial. Good luck with that one. I'm now stuck with this horrendously hard mattress that's nothing like what I ordered. Mattress is too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on Avoid this company at all costs. They don't even respond to reviews so clearly they don't care.

I own two Sweetnight mattresses, both are very good for the price point. Customer service is also good, they were very helpful with an issue that I needed resolved.

I ordered a mattress from Sweetnight on Amazon and they keep changing the delivery date - still waiting- now it should arrive tomorrow but has not been dispatched- so that is not happening. This has been going for weeks - with new delivery dates every second day !? And of course - no one to contact or talk to.

I ordered the mattress from Home Depot
I ordered the mattress from Home Depot, and had questions about it inflating. Customer service was very responsive and helpful - and prompt! I was offered a 'topper' and when that one couldn't be shipped to Hawaii, offered a credit on something similar. And, I like the mattress, too! This company is a role model for what customer service should be like. Many thanks!
Helpful and Responsive Customer Service
I made an order for the 10in full size Twilight | Pillow Top Memory Foam & Inner Springs Hybrid Mattress with an added 2-Inch Ultra Soft Mattress Topper. The mattress was shipped via FedEx 3 days later and arrived 4 business days later (NJ to CA). I gave some time for the mattress topper to arrive and contacted customer service when I did not receive any notifications. Customer service was very responsive and was able to ship out a replacement.
