The sweets are amazing all I would say is that the delivery was a lot longer than I thought, and I couldn’t contact them throughout the process and the app didn’t tell me until the day it was delivered. All together worth the wait just annoying about the customer service.

Ordered over a week ago and still haven't received any tracking information. No answers on emails.

Lovely sweets and TikTok lives, but customer service is bad. I have done couple orders, but all items haven't arrive. One orders is from 29 october and nothing is arrived. I sended four emails to customer service and i got zero answer. Also I ordered christmas sweets. Those had guaranteed arrive till christmas (also international) but I didn't get those till christmas. If you offer international shipping u have to send packages on time.

Ordered 1kg of sweets in September for my Mum's birthday and it's now almost December and still haven't received anything. Total scam of a website. DO NOT TRUST!!

Just received my sweets! They are gorgeous as usual, never had a problem with them before and will always order from Hannah. Best sweets around! Delivery was fast as always ordered on Wednesday evening received them Friday morning. Lovely :)

I ordered on May 6th, was packed live on May 8th. I received an email on the 9th saying it was shipped, but no tracking info sent. I emailed, they replied that they would look in to it. No news a week later, so I emailed a couple more times, no reply. Received an email that it was “shipped” May 19th. So ten days after it originally shipped?

Horrible customer service and takes zero accountability…..if she even replies to your emails at all.
I do not recommend.

I had an issue with my order not showing up and was struggling to get into contact with Sweetify, but after a bit they were able to send me a replacement order which I appreciate a lot.

Order a bag of 1kg sweets of my own mix said Royal Mail would be 2-3 days 5 days later not received so sent an email to ask where my order is said typical response is 48 hours 72 hours - 96 hours later still haven’t received an email back or an update on my order and 8 days later still not received my sweets.

My review has nothing to do with the candy. My review is based on customer service. It was not what I expected after participating in the lives on TikTok. Hannah did not ship two of the three orders I placed, placed all on the same day, one which was packed on her live stream. Didn’t say I’m sorry, or in writing say anything about the matter. When I emailed she just sent tracking for the two orders I was missing. And as of today 12/27 they still have not arrived over a month after the initial purchases. I get mistakes happen but I didn’t get any sort of communication from her which is incredibly disappointing. The least she could have said is I’m sorry for the mix up I’ll get them out right away and I would have been satisfied. I don’t recommend this shop at all.

The only place I trust to ensure I get my vegan sugar fix! The sweets are fresh, the packing of the sweets on live streams are always clean and presented amazingly! The owner Hannah always accommodates any custom order she can and will do her best to ensure the orders are exactly what the customer has requested. For a small business like this, it’s been a pleasure to support and we will continue to buy from Sweetify! ♥️

Amazing customer service!

Hannah is amazing! Such great customer service from her just feels like your speaking to a friend which I think is lovely. Ordered a couple of times now and never had an issue always arrived on time or early and can not fault the quality of the sweets! Thankyou Hannah.

Such an amazing selection of sweets and the option of special requests. Hannah even picked up my message about getting my order before a certain date and went above and beyond! Will be back for more!

Sweetify provides really lovely sweets that are always fresh!! The cleanliness is something I always worry about but have no concerns from here as it’s evident from the companies videos and live streams that cleanliness and customer satisfaction is a top priority!

I'm a return buyer and love this shop! Great variety of options for pick and mix + fast delivery, even on personalised orders. All sweets ordered are yummy and come in a resealable bag to keep them fresh. Will buy from again.
