The Kinder Bouquet

Dear Diane, I'm sorry that your item didn't arrive in time for the birthday you had bought it for, but I can assure you this is through no fault of ours.
The item was purchased using our 'Free Delivery (3-5 Working Days)' option on the 18th September. So, your expected delivery date is actually Today and I can confirm from your tracking info, it was dispatched and scheduled to arrive on time.
As we are a gift company, the vast majority of our deliveries are required for a specific date, this is why as well as our free delivery service, we also offer Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days), Saturday & Sunday Delivery and Nominated Day Delivery (Where you choose the exact date you would like your gift to arrive).
We clearly display the expected time for delivery when choosing.
There is also the option to leave a message at checkout, to include any special notes regarding delivery.
Finally, we have great customer support that you can contact via Telephone, Email or Chat, so if you were in any doubt the item would arrive in time you, you could have contacted us and we would have done our best to assist and where possible upgrade your delivery.
As it stands, there were no notes included with the order, you did not choose a premium delivery option that would have ensured delivery by your preferred date and you have not once contacted us directly.
Trustpilot collect reviews on our behalf, which are intended to help other buyers decide whether or not to trust the service we offer.
Leaving a negative review that has the potential to harm a companies reputation and future sales, before contacting them to ensure they were the cause of the issue, and/or giving them to opportunity to resolve the issue, does not help future customers make informed decisions.
In this case, we were not at fault and had you have contacted us, we would have explained this to you and we may have been able to fix the issue.
UPDATE:
We listen to our reviewers and use their comments to continually improve our services, we are therefore pleased to introduce the following improvements to our website, that will add even more clarity and flexibility to our services:
1. Showing actual delivery dates For Each of our delivery options (ie. 🚚 Get it from Wed, 22nd Nov to Fri, 24th Nov).
2. Display the fastest available delivery method (ie. Need it delivered fast? Order by 2pm, Today for delivery Sat, 18th Nov and choose Saturday Delivery.)
3. Added Guaranteed Next Day Delivery to our list of premium delivery options.

The item you purchased is one of our best selling Sweetie Bouquets and this is the very first time we have received negative feedback about the appearance of any of our bouquets.
We put a lot of time and effort in to ensuring the images on our website are honest and accurate and our descriptions are also accurate and concise too. For added accuracy we also include a professionally shot 360º interactive product view for this bouquet. So the bouquet really should have arrived exactly as seen on our website.
My concern, is that that either the bouquet arrived damaged from transit or the fact that we only yesterday delivered it directly to your recipient, approx. 200 miles away from your location, that you may have judged the bouquet by a low quality image, shared with you by the recipient and have not actually had the chance to see it in person.
In any case, we offer 60 day no fuss returns if you are not happy with your purchase and speedy replacements in the event the item is damaged in transit.
We don’t take any negative feedback lightly and I have already emailed you to offer my assistance and to request any further information you may have that may help resolve this issue and if needed, help prevent further issues in the future.
I look forward to assisting you in any case.
