My daughter introduced me to these amazing products recently. Between us we have tried quite a few of them over the last few weeks. The product range covers a wide variety of health, beauty and well-being products. The elixir and the calming tea are particularly lovely. So too is the glow moisturiser. Very much looking forward to trying more products from this small business.
I recently had a small issue which customer service resolved incredibly quickly( even during the busy Black Friday period)
I really do feel this small business cares about their customers.

After an issue with my order I emailed Sweet Bee Organics and the customer service was fantastic. My issue was resolved that evening and my delivery arrived with 48hours. A great company who values their customers and they have fab products!

The magnesium bath clay relaxed my muscles and mind instantly I felt less tense. The magnesium butter made it even better and everything I purchased is great quality and really works.

I’ve been using the sleep balm for 3 days and genuinely think it works! I’ve had much deeper sleeps. If I have a few alcoholic drinks I often struggle to sleep but with this I didn’t!

I bought the sweet sleep product and actually cannot believe how well it works. Rub it on my calves and soles of feet at night and actually sleep through the night goe first time in ages

Received my package today. Packaging beautiful, attention to detail fabulous & products look just devine - can’t wait to use. Wonderful to have such amazing organic products without chemicals. Will be purchasing again

I’ve actually been waiting for the ability to review this butter because OMG I am so so impressed!!!
I’m not even joking when I say this stuff is literally made of magic!! I know I’ve only been using it just under a week but the results are amazing!! I suffer really bad from constant waking, night terrors and all round unsettled sleep. But since using this I have had completely undisturbed sleep. It’s definitely not a coincidence. I love the smell and the ritual of putting it on my feet at night too. 10/10 Would absolutely recommend!!! Thank you!!

This company make the products that, in my dreams, I could craft in small batches, from nature, in my own country cottage kitchen, with all things fresh and pure. Sadly I can’t do that! But I have full trust in their processes and quality and I’m delighted that I can buy a locally made product that contains nothing but goodness and the company has pride in that. I had a query which was met with kindness and understanding too.

Kept seeing this product on my socials and decided to try it. I found the balm very gritty, sticky and it had an odd smell. It did absolutely nothing to aid sleep but the most frustrating part is I unwittingly subscribed to this rubbish. I have never received any emails at point of purchase to say I have subscribed which is unlawful and then had to jump through hoops to cancel. Avoid like the plague! I will never be using your products again and will not be allowing myself to be taken advantage of!

Sweet bee is the best organics company I have found, and I say that as a long term customer, that keeps adding a product each time I purchase an old favourite! I have recently become a huge fan of all things mushroom, thanks to their range! My ideal scenario would be a monthly subscription, to the entire sweet bee range! Absolutely recommend to fellow organic people and cannot fault the customer service, Tash is full of knowledge and advice on what product will suit! 10/10 utterly fabulous!

Tried unsuccessfully to correspond & notify and cancel a subscription from late 2024 the SBO team(ie several attempts ie email correspondence) on my long term now current situation where I was unfortunately unable to use my main form digital correspondence in the form of a trusty android handset device ie I could no longer successfully access, *charge it, nor use ie access online resources, shopping & main email ie main Yahoo one, the one I had a subscription with SBO last year only to find that the SBO team has ignored my repeated requests to cancel the subscription completely & hence the unexpected consequences of receiving an unwanted order today(currently unopened & not required). Looks like the SBO continues to disturbingly disrespects the customer that made the initial foolish mistake of supporting them with the initial subscription(I assumed it was cancelled with proactive preemptive email correspondence I sent to SBO earlier this year😳💯) with the latest developments today ie the order I did not make nor require, surely that is a case of corporate abuse and greed and dare I say fraudulent actions to(literally taken money out of my bank account without myself being aware despite myself taking the necessary proactive actions to communicate my personal situation).

Remember dear consumer a business whom continues to ignore your correspondence as a customer certainly does not deserve the custom & support - plenty good businesses out there that truly values your support & repeatedly custom SBO does not💯

* Still unable to charge it today yet the lovely Sweet Bee Organic team continues to ignore my email request to cancel the subscription from last year & hence the unexpected not required deceitful endeavour delivery 🚚 today, you have been warned(this is very much a fraudulent transaction as far as I’m concerned & theft to 💯😳).

This greedy enterprising profit incentive hungry business certainly doesn’t deserve your support 💯

I cannot believe how much I love this product. I’m 58 and have trouble sleeping. I also have been battling restless leg syndrome for decades with little relief. I had been hearing about magnesium benefits and seen many ads for Sweet Bee and was interested but skeptical. It’s a total game changer! I’m sleeping so much better and for the first time in decades I’m not suffering from RLS. I’ve been using it for a month now and it has worked consistently every night! Thank you Sweet Bee!

I ordered the sweet bee scared roots with coconut sugar costing £19.99. It taste absolutely awful, I've tried adding honey to it, but it's still undrinkable. What a thorough waste of money I will have to throw it away. I have contacted customer services and they will not issue me with a refund.
I'd just like to add to this review. Thank you Sweet Bee Organics so much for supplying a jar of sweet bee sweet sleep magnesium butter free of charge as a replacement for the sacred roots product. I've found the sweet sleep excellent and has helped me eventually get a good night's sleep. What great customer service. Thanks again

Went to the premises where they produce it (Frome. Somerset).Very friendly staff and discounted for buying direct.
Was suffering with severe leg cramps during the night. I have type 2 Diabetes. Have now been using it for the past 6 weeks. My night cramps have now more or less stopped. Just get the occasional cramps now. I rub it in, on the bottom of my feet and calves, each night. It was not an instant fix…My advice is to persevere… it really has worked for me.

Hello must tell you and I’ve never done this before ,That the wonderful little jar is amazing . Every night I use it both feet and after a few days I realised hang on I haven’t had the restless legs . I still don’t have it . They were getting me down ,it’s so horrible to have and every night too . Your jar WORKS . thankyou I will be getting some more. It does go a long way . From Chris

I was optimistic about buying this cream, but ohh my god iv never slept so deep after rubbing on my feet before sleeping...I also suffer with anxiety and rubbing it on my stomach has really calmed me down. I will subscribe to getting this as a regular purchase. So glad I listened to my instinct

I originally bought the Sweet Sleep magnesium butter from The Natural Supermarket in a travel size and loved it so much that I went to the Sweet Bee website and bought a larger size! It is helping me to get a good quality night's sleep - ideal for me as someone who struggles with insomnia. I also bought their hand cleanser and it smells beautiful.
