Love them at first I was not wanting to play because it looked like they had a lot of offbrand games but they actually pay well and I really do enjoy it. It’s a good company altogether.

Love Sweepshark. Very reasonably priced coin packages and huge selection of games. Haven’t done a redemption yet but I am very hopeful!
I have nothing to complain about nothing bad to say about this site. Customer service responds fast as fucc. Redemption for me was around 4 hrs and in my bank. Tons of games. Great deals. Yeap SweepSh... Vis mer

PROMO CODE
THAT JUST ABOUT EVERY PROMO CODE COMES WITH A PURCHASE! THAT'S UNFAIR. I LIKE PLAYING CASINO SLOTS, BUT NOW I'M HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT IT! I KNOW YOU HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO WIN MONEY.

Not on my top 7 favorites
No welcome bonus and the machines do not payout like I would hope. Great selection of games and good graphics. I don’t think I would recommend

Hi,
Thanks for giving us a try and for highlighting the game selection and graphics. Game outcomes are random and each play round is independent, so results can vary considerably from one session to another.
We appreciate the candid feedback and hope a future visit leaves a better impression.

Deceptive practices, let me elaborate
This review like many others when I come on here is not to rave, unfortunately while I have one with them and redeemed successfully that is to be commended they are still a deceptive predatory architecture, and it really shows when you go and sign up Instagram and get their little FreePlay bonus and no point during this process does it tell you that you can only win two dollars if you go through all of that but if you do win which I did a substantial amount it was not I mean for me it was it was like 40 bucks considering how much I put into it but when I’m done with my spins, guess what two dollars that was all I got just the two dollars because free our free place don’t get to win more than a certain amount and it was not available the information so inevitably they broke my heart when I thought that I had gotten lucky finally, I had seriously only gotten FU Well, you know the rest.(post reply.)
OK, so blah blah blah I’m sorry whatever f you go eat s@#% hands are tied. Don’t care if it’s deceptive don’t care if it’s a predatory architecture us us us me me me. you can copy and paste that if you so desire, I know you’ll be using it probably for the rest of your time in this industry. I personally used to love you guys, and then it just all went downhill all went down downhill and after that reply, though I’m gonna go ahead and change that to one star so good job guys you officially made the list.

Hello,
We understand how disappointing it can be when the amount earned during a Free Play is higher than the amount ultimately added to your balance. Each Free Play has a maximum session win, and this limit is displayed directly in the game before the Free Play is started, so players can review it before choosing to proceed.
We appreciate your feedback and understand that the experience was still frustrating for you.

Sweepshark is one of the few companies I feel I can truly trust. They seem honest and reliable, and I’ve had a very positive experience with them. There’s also a great variety of games, which makes the platform fun and enjoyable. Overall, I feel comfortable and confident using Sweepshark.

They might be honest but they still rip…
They might be honest but they still rip you off! I've been a loyal player for 2 years and the last 2 months have been absolutely horrible. Last week I was in a 43 purchase losing streak and after spending $1000 I win $160. I start playing again and I'm currently on a 37 purchase losing streak that's over $2000 and haven't been able to cash out not even $100. On top of that as soon as you put your money it it's gone in like 3 minutes no lie. Dead spin after dead spin. No fun, and becoming a major money pit for me. I'm just losing all hope in this platform.

Hi,
We understand how discouraging a long stretch of unfavorable results can feel, especially after being with us for two years. Game outcomes are random and every play round is independent, so previous purchases, wins, or losses do not influence what happens in the next round.
We’d also like to better understand your recent experience, so please respond to our Trustpilot Request Information with the requested details. This will allow our team to identify your account and take a closer look.

Awesome & Honest Platform!
Sweepshark,
Just wanted to say THANK YOU!
For those reading:
This is one of, if not the most fair, honest, and fun platforms out here. I play A LOT of Sweeps Apps/Platforms EVERDAY, and the Shark is definitely better on Bonus/Deal opportunities than ANY OTHER platform out here!
Just dropping by to lay praise after a small win…..but Thanks Sweepshark!

By far my favorite online casino
By far my favorite online casino! I get all my redemptions within 24 hours. I've only had to wait a couple times due to you can only redeem so much per day. It's a legit site though.
