Love them at first I was not wanting to play because it looked like they had a lot of offbrand games but they actually pay well and I really do enjoy it. It’s a good company altogether.

I would suggest finding another casino
I would suggest finding another casino. The ones like this offer nothing but tiny daily bonus. Cap all the wins. If u can even possibly do so. Just beware and watch out for these scam artist. They'll do anything to keep from paying out

We're sorry to hear your experience left you feeling this way. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations aren't met. Our promotions, Free Plays, and redemption policies are governed by our Terms & Conditions. Any applicable limits are shared before the game session, and players can review them before participating.
If you'd like us to look into your specific experience, please contact our Support Team, and we'll be happy to review your case.
Promo Play is a Scam, here's why
Requires at least $100 to cash out, and if you hit this limit on free play, you only get $25 of it because it was "promotional".. Absolute scam

Hello,
We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We understand why this could be frustrating. Took My Money
Had few problems until one time playing blackjack where about $50 disappeared. Support and then the financial department explained that because I had purchased the sweepcoins 2 months ago, it considered all coins "free play" which maxes out at $25 dollars. I was told that there was no way to take the coins, which I purchased, and put them back in my account unless I BOUGHT MORE COINS. They expected me to make another purchase to get the original money they took. Unbelievable.

Hello,
We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand why this was frustrating. From what you've described, it sounds like the balance was reviewed under our Award Rules. When winnings come from free activities rather than qualifying purchases, redemption eligibility and limits may differ from funds associated with eligible purchases.
