Total transparency I have not won a penny in this site, in fact I lost more than I allot myself when I play, which is typically 3 times a week. The loss was totally on me, as someone who has played for 40 yrs now, there is a reason you set an amount both winning or losing where you tap out. Unfortunately I broke that rule and started chasing the ghost, and that rarely ends up working. During the initial run my hit % was a little low, as was the stretch between bonuses. Add those two things along with your first visit, and I was questioning the RTPs and hit %s and I went to customer service and expressed my concern. They looked at it, realized I had been playing for a couple hours and offered me a fair purchase package discount and I played some more. That first day my luck hadn't changed and as I left I thanked their agent, she was great to work with,and I wanted to tell her that personally, even though my luck hadnt changed, she had done a great job and I wanted to express my gratitude.
What happened next is the reason for the 5 star rating and why this will be one of the very few casinos I will play in. That evening I received a text from one of the owners. Ben wanted to thank me for playing, and he wanted to address any concerns I may have had. He provided me with my results, which in hindsight were pretty much exactly what I would expect when you had a session that you didn't win. He also provided me with the 3rd party results on their games. Some of the information was obviously redacted for contractual and privacy concerns, but I can assure you the #s are legit, within industry norms and as strong as you can find in the industry. Having spent 30 years managing car dealerships for highly rated dealerships there are two things that impressed me enough to write a review on a casino that I have never cashed at. The communication between the staff and the owner is the first. That tells me the company has a philosophy that values customer experience. Obviously they are for profit and the odds are slightly in their favor. Everyone can't win, but they want everyone to enjoy the experience and be confident they were treated fairly. The 2nd thing is that the owners have integrity. When they are willing to reach out personally and be fully transparent to someone who they owed nothing to, there is no doubt in my mind that they will have the same integrity when I win. I can't guarantee you will win, but I have no doubt you will get paid if you do.
