Thank you so much for your review and kind words, it's great to hear you were so pleased with the service you received.
We can't actually find an order under your name to reach out directly, but if there's anything we could have done to have improved your experience to a 5 star one then please do let us know.
Kind regards

I would definitely recommend and buy from SWB Boots again. The communication and customer service was second to none. After a Royal Mail hiccup Alex sent me another pair of rugby boots the same day ready for Christmas. Cannot recommend them enough

Great customer service as I ran foul of customer charges into ROI. The company kept me fully aware as to how matters were progressing and provided An Post tracker details for ROI users. Email daily to update also. Great communication

Excellent customer service
I bought boots where I should have got a size up. As they were tight, I had to return them. The boots were faultless otherwise. The whole process was smooth and Alex was helpful with the return process. I will be shopping from SWB again for sure.

Usually order adidas rugby boots from SWB. Always receive great service and never any issues with returning any unwanted boots for whatever reasons. Communication from Alex in particular always excellent - will return to use them again as I have over the last few years.
