Simply the best product on the market
Simply the best product on the market, the team at Swatcom are also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Always happy to answer any queries and help with their products. I use the Active8's and have just had a set of impressions taken for custom moulded plugs, excellent service and very reasonably priced.

Really helpful and professional custom fitting service provided by Jason. SC20E ear plugs arrived a couple of weeks or so later as promised. Fit was good, as you would hope from custom moulds. Takes a little bit of practice to get then into your ears comfortably but overall very happy with my purchase.

Good all round service
Was emailed Tuesday that the buds were back in stock. Ordered immediately and package arrived Thursday.
In the ears for Saturday morning shoot.
Excellent noise reduction, maybe could use a little more volume for the ambient sounds. The buds are more comfortable and less sweaty than ear phones

What a great team. Jason is extremely "customer focussed" and friendly, probably without knowing it as it comes natural to him.
Whilst an "out of the way" place to visit, everyone was welcoming and friendly

2 bad experiences
Wrong item delivered twice because they were out of stock with what I wanted, so they sent something else! All this after I explained the first time what I wanted and it was time critical for a gift. Then failed to arrange collection on 3 occasions. This is the second bad experience I’ve had, as if the first wasn’t bad enough when I purchased a set of custom in ear digital protection. The first set didn’t work at all, they got repaired and when they came back only one worked. The staff polite and in no way at all awkward, but never again
