Their service is to ignore what you're asking for and just convince u that you'll like it. Ignoring that u want your money back, they just push to send the item right away. Too late. The birthday is past already.

I didn't receive what was advertised and purchased
I purchased what was advertised as a Disney animated toy like figurine that was the likeness of a downloaded personal photo.
Instead, what I received (4 weeks later even though on the website it said 6-8 working days delivery) was a plexiglass cut-off with a printed animated photo.
It is a scam!
On the website,what they offer is completely different from what you will receive.
It is false advertisement and they should be shut down.
Had I known it would be coming from China, I would have never ordered and paid over thirty pounds for something I would have got made in the UK for £15 max.
Avoid this company and others like this. They are scammers and based somewhere in China.
Do your research before considering buying any products from them or any other company like this (which likely would be from China).

I ordered a personal image on a 10"…
I ordered a personal image on a 10" figurine motorcycle and received a 10" plywood cut out of a motorcycle with my friend's image on the motorcycle enlarged to be unrecognizable. No figurine just a piece of cheap plywood with an image imprinted on it for $50 +. CHINESE RIP OFF DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Awful
It was a birthday gift and it took over a month to receive the order well after the birthday. Tried to cancel the order and i was told i was going to receive a 70% refund but i never got it, instead I they went ahead i sent me the order.
The caricature of the picture i sent does not look like the picture.It has four fingers on one hand and the date for the birthday is wrong!
Customer service it’s awful, they only care about getting your money.

If only I could give zero stars!!
Ordered what I believed was a 4d figurine for my daughters wedding. No communication nor acknowledgement of order. This "figurine" was a sheet of cheap plastic with a picture of someone that looked nothing like my daughter with a piece of tape across the middle saying "do not remove" which I had to as it covered her face. When removed I realised this had been smashed in half and was held together only by the tape!
This shop only sells tat and having sent many emails I'm still awaiting a response. AVOID!!

Avoid. Fake. My card was cloned.
Sadly the gift is ordered has taken over 3 weeks to deliver with no firm time update given. Also my debit card got cloned after payment. Thankfully the fraud squad blocked them. This was the only purchase I made, online so im pretty sure they leaked my personal data. I am sure I'll get the same copy and pasted response with an email address to contact that others have had.
Edit: received the same email explaining time difference and an email address to contact. I had already contacted them prior to this post and gotten nowhere. Still haven't got product. 6 weeks later.
Edit: Product did arrive eventually.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I have waited 3 weeks for any kind of communication from them. Each time I have contacted them about my order, I get the same response that my product is in production and they will email me once it has shipped. The info on their website site says it will take 3-5 business days for production and then ship. I’m feeling as though I have been scammed.

I paid £35 and my purchase did not look like my brother and I was asked to pay an additional £15 shipping for a new product to be made but I was not confident this would be any better. Feeling very let down!

I ordered the 3rd of August and got the order today 3rd October. I have improved my rating to 3 stars as it did come and the product is okay. The product it self doesn’t remotely resemble what was advertised however it’s not a complete bad product, I was expecting figurines and got a cartoon cut out of ourselves. The price is totally unreasonable considering what you get. It took two months to come when it says 17 business days including delivery via the website.

If you advertise the product for what it is and discount the price and state long wait times you may get better feedback.
