STAY AWAY...Most unprofessional and unreliable
Most unprofessional and unreliable surveyor. I wish it was possible to give 0 star rating. We made full requested payment to this company and Ross sent us a RICS 3 report without repair cost. When we notified him of this, he promised to send the updated report to us but despite sending an umpteen number of chaser emails to him and his colleagues Sanae Richards and Shazmeena Aziz, there has been absolutely no response from this company. Absoluetly pathetic, disgusting and appaling behaviour to say the least. I will be complaining to RICS as I would not like anybody else to be duped like us.

Dear Abhijit. We replied to you a number of times and the priced schedule of repairs was issued to you via email on Monday 12/08/24. Our emails may have been sent to your junk mail.
We note that you have no negative comments regarding the survey we undertook or the content of our report.
Update: We still await your complaint.
Overall we recieved an excellent service
There was a hiccup with our booking which meant that it needed to be rescheduled, but overall we received an excellent service. The quality of the report was really impressive and has given us a solid foundation to make informed decisions about the house that we are purchasing. Thank you to Ross and Shazmeena who were communicative throughout. Highly recommended.

The Level 3 report was well written but…
The Level 3 report was well written but there did seem to be pages missing. Despite making several phone calls and emails to discuss the report and to check on the missing page, Surveying People did not get back to me. Disappointing given the fee when cheaper quotes were avaliable but I went with the more expensive, expecting a higher quality of service.

I've dealt with many surveyors in the…
I've dealt with many surveyors in the past but Ross at Surveying People stood out from the rest. Super flexible with dates at a time when Covid was putting lots of additional pressure on property access. Very helpful advice and in-depth reporting, before and after the process. Will definitely use their service again.

Highly recommend Surveying People. It was really easy to organise an EPC. Everyone I engaged with was professional and very accommodating. I would definitely use them again!

EPC in a flat
This company did an EPC,which did not make sense ,they rectified it and I am still not happy.I will go with another competent Energy assessor for second opinion.
