Discord customer service is the worst i have ever known they simply do not answer the questions.
IM sure its an AI BOT.
Total waste of time, stupidity at the highest level. so frustrating, would love to meet them and show them what i think of them :(

When my hotmail got hacked and Microsoft decide to "delete" it my discord account now its stuck with my old hotmail forever,i cannot change it because it ask me for email verification, email that its deleted and i cannot acces anymore, Discord support will not care about email changes, they well say to you "Make a new account", a Client support were they cant change the email via support its not a good support

I have submitted ticket 64043526 and 64004101. I have attached multiple screenshots explaining the situation and covering in substantial detail that I discovered over time that my email address was originally compromised which led to the account being logged out of discord.

The account is Vega Saturn, user id is Vega#7678. Your "bot" tells me to just "try the forgot password link" as if I havent already done so. I explained that the account has been most likely hacked. Every time I enter the email address or phone number it says neither exists on my account. Your bot says "if the process above does not work reply using your email address"

You are a disgusting service, im convinced ever since you've been acquired by Microsoft you don't actually have staff there managing service because its all AI nonsense. I reach out to your messenger team and they basically don't give a shit either because theyre just a social team. So who does? How are multiple people on this platform locked out of accounts and servers and you guys just let it slide?

I asked numerous times to be contacted, to verify my info or I'd to get this sorted. Im sent straight back into the same loop over and over

Dont bother contacting real people on Facebook, they claim they're the social team and can't help but somehow they have access to your support tickets and say they can't disclose information based on what was being asked on the tickets. Completely misunderstood that I wasn't asking for my login information, I stated my login information has been changed and im trying to reset and they can't provide a clear answer or solution of helping even when they have the resources and access to look into it. Completely lazy to be honest.

Today tried to edit my subscription due to the incoming changes regarding needing to upload a government ID to use the app. DATA BREACH 4 months ago, nothing reported as to how they increased their security, and they wanna give me a run-around with pre-scripted bot emails about how I cant cancel my subscription when its all about THE DATA BREACH.

The support site seems to be mostly run by AI chatbots and very little supporting seems to be done. Constantly get stuck in loops with AI trying to ask simple questions like "what is the process to do x". If something happens to your support account, they do not even have an account recovery process.

Discord is useless....proplems unsolved for years

You can get your account disabled due to some absurd accusations, and Discord Support will always respond with AI bots, with no way to reach a real human.
