Rapid arrival of testing kit, simple instructions and very quick turnaround of blood test results.
The results were sensibly laid out, easy to understand (with a traffic light system) and simply explained.
There were attached booklets and pdf’s to download giving extra information including the differences between allergies and intolerances, Diet advice and alternative foods to replace your allergens.
The follow-up call with the Dietition was easy to book with plenty of choice of dates and times. The call went ahead exactly on time and was very useful. I have been given the email address of the dietitian in case of any further queries. This is very good support.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service. You may be surprised by the foods you should be avoiding, I certainly was! I’m looking forward to a healthier personalised diet, one in which supposed “healthy and nutritious” food isn’t triggering a negative response in my body.
