Fantastic communication and very quick delivery

When ordering large Magnetic White Boards in the past, we have always had issues with the delivery turning up damaged. This has not been a problem with Office Needs Direct, as most of our orders have arrived undamaged and when there has been an issue they have been very responsive in resolving the issue.

Very helpful and fast delivery. Always have what we need online or can get it in stock.

Personable experience, pleasant staff that actually cared and wanted to help and engage with their customers. Delivery took a couple of days longer than expected, but arrived with no damage or issues. Would order again with no hesitation, especially with the fantastic staff.

Great service, very helpful staff

A good discussion followed by prompt delivery made it a good customer experience.

Very good service and friendly staff. I recommend!

Great purchase. Arrived on time in good condition

Dear Office Needs Direct,
Thank you so much for all your help with our recent order, particularly when we experienced issues placing the order and you called us to sort it out. The tables are brilliant, they arrived ahead of the anticipated delivery date which is fantastic as our students are using them before the end of the summer term. They love the fact that they can write on the tables, we have had revision notes, coding and maths formulas in a variety of colours. Thank you!

Slightly delayed delivery but worth waiting for it.
High quality office notice board and colour matches our office design.
Efficient customer service and great selection of notice boards.
Thank you.

We ordered 2 bins from this company and had good communication throughout the process. Unfortunately one of the bins arrived damaged. It was very straightforward to report this (sending an email and photos of the damage). A replacement bin was despatched straightaway.

Great support from the team and great affordable prices for schools!

Very prompt and efficient service. Helpful staff when I needed advice on the right board for our needs.

Was exactly as described on the website- well packed and arrived within the time quoted. Check junk folder for emails about when the package is being shipped as I nearly missed seeing the email. This is the second noticeboard that we have ordered within the last few weeks as we were impressed with the quality of the first.

A reliable and trustworthy store for all your office needs.
I have purchased a range of items from Officeneedsdirect, including chairs and tables and not once had any issues. I often purchase furniture for schools and offices and can confirm they have all lasted the test of time. The prices are fair and are oftentimes cheaper than competitors.

I can also add that coming from a place of business, it is very apparent that customer service is of great importance to many of us. Thus far they have been very dependable, with any queries, and delivery updates being dealt with quickly and swiftly.

I would 100% recommend using Officeneedsdirect and will be purchasing from them again.

Easy ordering process, supplies delivered ahead of schedule and in excellent condition.
