While all of the Supply brand products I've tried so far are very good. Maybe better than very good. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered replacement blades and waited and waited and waited never receiving my order or any explanation for the delay. I reached out to them only to find out the the blades I ordered were out of stock and delayed for more then two months! Does that seem appropriate for razor blades to anyone out there? Maybe when Supply grows up and fixes their supply chain problems they'll be worth dealing with, but until then I remain waiting for my refund. And they've turned off the review feature on their website.

One of the worse razors I have ever owned. It 100% does not cut smooth and struggled to actually take any stubble off my face or head. You know the blades are crap when I didn't even cut myself even when I was going over the same area over and over.

I am very disappointed and shouldn't have believed the hype.

The handle itself is very nice designed and feels well made but the razors are simply rubbish. I'll be going back to my Gillete doubled edge razor which never disappointed.

Product was not bad, but underdelivered compared to their ads. I took them up on their no questions asked return, but could never get a response from customer service.

The razor was really useless, not an exageration, I was so excited to get this and didnt mind the investment but it could not even cut a single hair.

Then to make matters worse, the customer service were insulting, arrogant and useless.

Despite their facebook ads and website saying "guarantee" "warranty" constantly - this was nothing more than a thinly veiled scam.

Card chargeback incoming.

I would avoid this company and its products.

The shave was okay, not much different than any other, but very pricey. I tried to order some more blades, since I already spent so much on the razor (sunk cost).

$5 shipping on a $15 refill, and a month later the order was still 'processing', so I'm back to my old razors anyway.

Total waste, don't get suckered into buying.

So disappointing.
Good thing I stuck to my methods - if something looks too good to be true, check, check and check again!

I was seriously interested in this product! Wanted to save the environment by moving away from disposal razors.
But with these kind of reviews and experiences listed, I'm not prepared to spend that kind of money on something which may as well be a scam.
And I'm also in the UK so totally exposed to their international exception on returns, but looks like that doesn't matter because they don't seem to be honouring the return policy even in the US.

I returned the razor within the specified time. I have tried 3 times to contact the company about my refund, no response as of 4/16/25. Razor was returned via usps on 3/11/25

I’m filing a complaint against Supply.co for their misleading return policy. And absolutely low quality razor they are advertising as “the NickStop Technology reduces nicks and cuts by 75%“ or “closest shave ever!” Cheapest plastic razor can do a better job than these blades!! Supply Guarantee” promises a full refund with no questions asked, implying a risk-free purchase. However, they fail to disclose that customers must pay for return shipping, which I only discovered after requesting a return. Despite multiple emails, they refused to cover my return shipping cost, contradicting their advertised guarantee.

I ordered new razor blades and a travel case on Dec. 26th—2 weeks ago—and still haven’t gotten the delivery. In this day and age, it should take 2 days.

supermarket razor, they say we have 100 days to test the product but international returns are not accepted. Just a marketing product and a nice scam

They ( son and husband ) were excited to try Supply shavers due to their great marketing, but the product left them extremely disappointed. The shave is far from close and often leaves cuts, making it a painful experience. The razors are heavy and slippery when wet, which only adds to the frustration. For the high price, we expected much better performance. Save your money—this product is all marketing and no substance. Waste of money !

Just adding to the ton of 1* reviews here I wish I had checked before I bought Supply's beard trimmer.
This is a piece of crap. Low quality, like the Phillips one blade but 4x the price. I asked for a refund, they said they don't do that for International returns. Stopped replying to my emails. I filed a FTC complaint as their "100 day guarantee return" is clearly false advertising under the FTCA act section 5(a) on misleading customer decision making with false information. Bad company, will never use again and will replace my previously bought Supply razor when I run out of blades.

I was looking to get away from disposal razors and felt the supply razor was a good alternative. The problem, though, is it isn't very good. Not a close shave and left with cuts.
Unfortunately, though, the company is based in the US and doesn't have a return policy. They clearly market the 100-day return if not happy but not if in the UK. Anyway, back to using the Gillette profusion…

I’ve seen a lot of advertisements on Instagram for this product (the Pro starter set) and it looks fantastic. Upon ordering it however, it just isn’t very good. Even after setting the razor to 6 (its sharpest setting), I’m quite “stubbly” after the shave and nowhere near as smooth as I’d like to be. The razor is also very difficult to clean, with trapped hairs often further impairing the shaving experience. At the cost £129.00, it’s nowhere near worth the money. The company don’t accept returns outside of the USA either, so bear that in mind.

The additional products that accompany the razor are excellent however (and the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one). I love the brush and cream, and I will continue using these with my next razor.

Firstly,, the hyped return is only available in the US.
Great marketing, but thats it,, it total junk.
i have tried all the settings angles etc, and it gives a medicore shave at best.
Save you money. this company wont be around for very long. But they will trick a lot of people into buying this junk.

I've rarely been more disappointed in a purchase - and I can't even return it!

I have been wet shaving for years and really wanted to like this 'evolution' of the classic double-edge razor - but it's awful. The performance is very poor compared to my £25 double-edge wet razor. I am well used to preparing and lathering properly, and my current razor is easily 3 times as good as the Supply.

As you shave with the Supply, it barely feels like anything is being cut off - and you quickly realise that it about correct! So this kind of encourages you to press harder and try more passes, which just leaves you with nicks and a sore face - all from a wickedly overpriced razor.

From a practical point of view, these razors are also heavy, smooth and slippery! It doesn't take a lot for it to drop out of your hand and, if it does, it will likely damage your sink. It doesn't even come with a stand (they want an extra $6 for the little blob of aluminium).

Adding insult to injury, Supply does NOT accept returns from outside the US. Evidently, they claim the complexities of it are just too much for them. I'm not sure what that means - perhaps their couriers only deliver in one direction, because they seem to be able to deliver them outside the U.S. easily enough (although mine took more than 2 weeks to arrive).

Overall, an extremely disappointing and very costly mistake. Personally, I will avoid Supply at all costs.

The razor itself is no better or worse than any single blade razor you can buy for half the price of this one, but I was taken in by the slick marketing and the money back guarantee. However, when I tried to return the razor after using it for three weeks, I was met with evasion and finally a wall of silence. In the end I gave up trying. The razor is much heavier than I expected and being all metal slips in the hand when wet. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Paid for pro Edge Razor plus Blades Item didn't arrived so went on line to sort this out. Supply confirmed a replacement order. For the second time this didn't arrive unable to find my home for the second time.
Total order amount £93.90 supply them confirmed a refund of £86.70 not sure why the full amount was not refunded that said spent so much time in sorting out all the errors just to get a refund over to you, if you want all the hassel its a USA company!!

Doesn't honor their free trial policy. The razor is fine but didn't work well for me long term and I regretted buying it when they wouldn't stand behind it.
