I ordered a wrong product and within 5-10 of ordering. I mailed them and gave them explanation to exchange it for another one, from there website. Bit they didn't entertained my request. Very poor behaviour.

I placed my order on the 4th Dec, still waiting to receive it and it has been more than 3 weeks already. Never it was suggested to me that I might receive a replacement as my order is most likely lost already. Not planning to use this supplier for the future. I wish I used Paypal so I can claim my money back.

Ordered a £50 packet of vitamins that never arrived 10 days ago and have been asking for a replacement ever since without any luck.

This has been one of the worst experiences of customer service as now my emails simply get ignored and they are clearly not posting a replacement, so I'm at a loss of £50, plus the time that is taking me to chase them to do their job.

This is the behaviour of a dishonest company. Do not use.

I bought Akkermansia enticed by the very positive reviews I found online and on SupplementHub.co.uk. At nearly £100 it’s a very expensive supplement and had high expectations. The delivery was quick I must say and quite smooth. No complaints there. This is however where the good ends. First of all, the Akkermansia tub I received looked very “weathered”, like it had been sitting on a warehouse for quite some time. The security seal was deformed. All in all did not look like a well thought and executed packaging which made me think the product may not be original. There was also no expiry date on the tub. Strange I thought but decided to use it anyway. Always been told not to judge a book by its cover. This is where the ugly starts. I few days in, I started non feeling well. My worst complaint is the nausea, like a constant feeling of indigestion. This was accompanied by a bloated stomach and diarrhoea. It got so bad that I had to stop taking the supplement a couple of days ago. I don’t know if this was a reaction to the akkermansia bacteria introduced or due to a faulty batch. Still at nearly £100 I was expecting more from the product. At the very least that it would not make me feel sick. Avoid.
