Newbie here
Newbie here, went with the cheapest plan. The platform is intuitive, the challenge rules seem clear enough. Withdrew my first small profit — got it as promised. Taking off a star for support: when I urgently needed help interpreting their news trading rule, I wrote three times and only got a generic reply the next day. I recommend it for starting out, but be prepared to figure things out on your own.

Normal conditions: market execution, algo trading supported. Pros — fast registration and news analytics. Withdrawal took up to a week, probably hit the weekend. Support resolves issues quickly enough. Definitely suits experienced traders!

Supertrade gives the momentum for trading, just like their company code promises. 150+ assets, user-friendly interface. Monthly withdrawals to crypto wallet—nice plus. But 2-phase challenges are tiring, and profit targets aren't always realistic. Average, workable.

I had write a review with 5 stars before and after passing the challenge and get my first payout i thought the prop firm is really good
I bought 4 challenges with 5k and all 4 has been refused even i pass all 4 challenges
The reason was I’m risking more than 2% of margin
I was using stop lose with risking 1% of my margin
And after long time with talking with them
They said our rule is risking 2% of margin and it’s very clear you shouldn’t open a trade with larger than 2% of margin 😂
That’s mean on xauusd you can open 0.02 maximum trade with 5000 accounts 👍🏻
Great right?😂
What a stupid prop firm
Maybe they are acting like that because they was afraid to i get a lot of money from them
I don’t know
Who make such a rule and refusing accounts with passed challenges because of such unbelievable rule?
If you want us to open smaller lot go and make your leverage 1:10 not 1:100
Stay away from them
Or go make one account and get first payout from them and never thing to buy another one

We understand that trading rules can sometimes be interpreted differently, which is why we always encourage traders to review them carefully before and during trading. This rule is in place to protect traders, ensure fair competition, and maintain the long-term sustainability of our funded accounts. It’s clearly stated on our website, in our Terms & Conditions and applied equally to everyone.
In your case, several trades exceeded this 2% margin threshold at entry, which unfortunately is a direct breach of the rule. While we understand this may be frustrating, these limits are what allow us to continue offering payouts and opportunities to traders worldwide.
Your current Live account is still active, you can continue trading while adhering to the rules of the platform, and we’ve provided you with a discount code as a gesture of goodwill. We remain committed to a transparent, fair, and sustainable trading environment for all our traders.

whats wrong is that,we subscribe to earn money,not to withdraw money from our accounts for us to be hired online,why dont
you offer us a stating amount or capital then take it back when we start earning because some of us are unemployed

The initial fee you mentioned is not a deposit, but rather an administrative and infrastructure cost that covers data feeds, platforms, and operational support throughout your challenge. This helps us keep the platform sustainable and fair for all traders, which is standard practice in prop trading.
Providing capital upfront to everyone without an evaluation process would involve significant risk, especially in a highly volatile market. Our approach ensures that when traders pass the challenge, they receive real trading capital without having to invest personal funds.
Besides that, the fee is refunded after the trader passes the challenge.
We're hoping that you got answers to all your questions and will give Supertrade a fair review after trying our challenges.
Awesome Experience
My experience with SuperTrade was an awesome one in just 2 days I made my first withdrawal of $999 in payout from a $20k 2 step account, it took just few hours to get my payout from them.

Not many crypto and commodities pairs
Supertrade delivers standard prop trading features, but they really lack several assets on Crypto and Commodities side (Those are the assets with the most volatility. ). If you trade stocks or FX - you'd be happy with them, but I'll wait until they add more Crypto pairs.
I had to trade those crypto pairs that I didn't follow as closely, so I lost my challenge.
Also the 2-step challenge - all crear, but the conditions look a bit too strict as for me. See some alternatives and choose your fav cookie.
I should admit they provide nice TA daily on their TV page and traders get also exclusive TA weekly, but it's not for me
