Great at correcting mistakes.
I had an order delivered to a wrong address and the customer service was quick to amend it sent out a new order fast. I was really pleased with that.

My first two orders from you guys the pills work great my second two orders didn't work I text you and let you know they didn't you told me it was the manufacturers well my last two orders didn't like the manufacturer tried to get you to send me pills from my first manufacturer but didn't seem like you cared so I went with someone else

Good service but needs some tweaking
Liked having medication delivered to my house but the initial enrollment process is somewhat confusing and repetitive. Also a little over priced compared to other online companies. I do like that you don’t continue billing for future meds automatically.

You May Never Get Your Order Or A Refund
TLDR: (Customer Service is non existent and you may never receive your order or refund if there is problem)
My first order here was great, however when I tried to refill my prescription things went down hill. I moved and I doubled checked that my new address was on the order and it clearly was. The refill seemingly was delivered to the old address. I reach out to customer and didn't here back for several weeks after trying to call and emailing them. Once I heard back I was assured that my order would be resent promptly. Fast forward, it's being over a month and still no resolution. Haven't been offered a refund or anything.

Ordered (#18947) 7-1-23. Nothing done, shipped, fulfilled as of 7/7/23. Credit card charged for $172 but nothing processed or shipped. 2 attempts to call and follow up but still no “fulfillment”
I’m going to look for another discount Rx
RexMD or similar. Call discover card first thing tomorrow and dispute charge, reverse payment.
