Great product, okay rate, poor and unreliable shipping, disinterested customer service.
Cheapest rate for this product online, shipped quickly and discreetly after an easy prescription process. Highly recommended.
2026 UPDATE:
After using Superpill for over a year, my previous review no longer applies on any level other than the easy prescription process. Before I stopped using them in September of 2024, my last few orders arrived a week or longer later than they were supposed to, causing me to miss up to a week of pill intake, which is catastrophic for something like finasteride.
When I contacted support about it, they actually said verbatim that they had no control over their shipping company, and that they were very happy with them and had no intention of changing anything about their shipping process. While I appreciated the honesty, as it quickly verified I definitely needed to find another supplier immediately, the callousness and, more importantly, lack of regard for my ability to get my medication in a timely manner was unacceptable.
I now use GoodRX for my finasteride, which allows me to pick it up at the local pharmacy of my choice, and it is actually vastly cheaper than even Superpill was ($15 for a 90-supply, with no fear of running out and not getting my prescription in time). I now highly recommend GoodRX over Superpill for any medication that needs to be taken consistently for adequate results and can verify that, at least in September of 2024, Superpill cared nothing about this.
