Absolutely appalling, abrasive customer service.
I am escalating issues with how my polite query was received. Working in customer service myself I can confidently say that there really is no excuse especially from a family run, U.K. business. Steer clear!

A super company (sorry for the pun) who have good prices, swift delivery...and who's genuinely good customer service I've just experienced after making an numpty mistake which they sorted out for me with good grace.

Always buy my dog chews from Superpet.

Good price for quantity. Speedy delivery. Well packaged. Good communication.

After ordering
Royal Mail said address incorrect. I said this was not the case but superset said I left house name off. Customer service e mails were abrasive and rude, when I asked to speak to them I was told he did not use the telephone as he worked remotely!!!!!!

Good and fair prices especially free delivery would definitely recommend Superpet just had one issue with packaging but sorted out now.

I have been buying from Superpet for some years now. I have subscriptions for sunflower hearts, dried mealworms, suet pellets and peanuts. The goods are really good quality and reasonably priced. Service is always excellent and fast. Highly recommended.

Thank you for the swift supply and I was even more pleased that it was delivered by Lee in Alresford via Royal Mail. I thought it was going to be Parcel Force and I was concerned how I was going to be able to carry 50kgs of fish food to the car, simply because of their failure to deliver in the past. Lee delivered to the front door. 👍🏼👏👏👏

Use to be a Regular Customer, but a Previous order error, substituting a different item by staff, was put right by credit, after a complaint.
…. Sadly after emailing about last order, no response was received.
….. This Occasion, a clear bag containing mealworms, clearly had a neat cut to bag, unaware at this end the contents poured out onto front room floor.
…. The loose contents in box was salvaged, however to avoid crunching under foot, spilt contents needed hoovering up.
…. It would have been appreciated for bag to be patched at suppliers end,
Avoiding this , to avoid hassle this end,
…. Several strips of brown packing tape would have done the trick. !
….. Split Tubs previously, are possibly due to transit issues, these were never reported.
But this time, packer surely realised contents were spilling out of slash to clear bag.
…. Obviously cut from a roll, secured at both end , minus the gaping hole on side….!!!
Looking for new supplier now.
…. I may not have left a negative Review if someone had the courtesy to reply to my email.
….. But with constant reminders to leave a Review… it is what it is .

I unfortunately had the experience of their appauling customer service following a delivery issue with an Amazon purchase, supplied by Superpet. David, customer services, was rude, aggressive, offered zero support, and clearly needs re-training!

Not my problem, he said, your parcel was delivered. Yes it was, but left in a skip, emptied before I arrived at work!

I was told that I should have checked my parcel tracking. Amazon later confirmend that I was not sent my ETA advice.

I would have expected this problem to have been taken up with the courier, after all the driver took it upon himself to leave it in a safe place...hardly safe!

Anyway, thank God for Amazon customer service. After explaing my situation, they awarded me a full refund immediately.

My advice is...if you deal with these people, buy through Amazon. Had I have purchased through their own website I would have lost out, £123.

I wished I'd have read the reviews. All is good unless you have a problem. Buyer beware!

As I mentioned in my review, this item was purchased through Amazon, not on their website.

When I went through the Amazon returns policy, after retrieving the item out of the back of the skip lorry (loads of images to prove) , THEIR clear instruction is to call their customer services number, starting 01202....

David answered the call....

If you don't operate your marketplace sales from the same location, you need to provide the correct contact details. This review was really to highlight how unprofessionally my call was handled.

Been using Superpets Ltd for only a few months now but nether been let down. Great Products and great delivery service. Please dont be worried about this company never let down.

The staff are really helpful and kind. Please do not Negatively judge this company by certain reviews that are out there.
