I’m genuinely so impressed with Superior Furniture Store! From the moment I landed on the website, everything felt easy and intuitive — a great range of products and really clear information made it simple to find exactly what I was looking for.

What really stood out was the customer support. They went above and beyond to help me choose the right size, which made a huge difference and gave me total confidence in my order.

Dispatch was super quick, delivery was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition — very well packaged and exactly as expected (if not better!).

Although our order took a little while to come from the manufacturer. Neil kept us up to date along the way and delivered the item before expected date.

Excellent service, delivery was messed up by Royal Mail/Parcelforce and Neil went out of his way, literally! to get the items to me by delivering them himself! The cupboard I purchased is fantastic and fitted the room perfectly, very well made and at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again! Absolutely fantastic customer service, second to none, honestly have not been treated this well as a customer for as long as i can remember. Neil was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and i did have a LOT of questions. New sofa arrived today and it is just stunning! Very happy customer!! 😊

I was looking for a wardrobe with more hanging space than shelves. I had looked at many different outlets , what a nightmare trying to find just what you want ( some didn’t even show you the inside of wardrobe) what a pleasure to find superior on line . Who gave me all the information I needed with a click of the button. And they are cheaper than ‘the big sheds’
I Can’t praise Neil enough because I was moving into a new home and he made sure I had the wardrobe on time

Useless store that can’t even keep track of its own stock levels, so will cancel your order a day after and then has the nerve to tell you to try again with a different item but don’t purchase before asking them first :)
Pretty much the exact opposite of the way you should run an online shop.

Mixed experience so far with order cancellation and miscommunication (inaccurate stock availability and delivery estimates for items on the website).

Once in dialogue with customer service, they tried to fix the problem which gives me hope, and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I can’t say with certainty whether the issues have been resolved. I’ll update the review once I’ve received my new order.

Just got my sofa and I am in love with it. It is beautiful. Did come in boxes that I had to get all the parts out and it was a little tricky on my own but once they were out and I got all the feet on I absolutely love it. Neil was great at communicating with me and I am very happy with the sofa she is beautiful and as described
