The battery I purchased is exactly what I required. I have a membership card and a trade card. I purchased the battery at the Benalla store, then found that I could have saved 25% by buying it online in the evening. I contacted Supercheap, and was basically told "bad luck". A little more following up led to them giving me a 25% refund. They said they would not do that again - my reply was to the effect that "that's fine, because we won't be shopping here again."

You asked for my honest appraisal, and that's what I gave you. Clearly you are unable to take honest criticism, so I will put my review on Trustpilot so potential customers have a chance to see how deceptive Supercheap is. There won't be another "next time" for me to comment, as I will avoid going to your Benalla store at all costs.

I received outstanding customer service from Eddee at the Bondi Junction Supercheap Auto store.

Eddee was incredibly helpful, reliable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to the issues I was experiencing with my car and helped identify what the problem could be. Although the Bondi Junction store didn't have the diagnostic scanning service, he explained exactly what I needed to do and directed me to another Supercheap Auto store that could scan the vehicle and identify the exact fault.

His advice saved me time, pointed me in the right direction, and gave me confidence about the next steps. Nothing was too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach made all the difference.

Thank you, Eddee, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and exceptional customer service.

Purchased a car battery, put it in the car and realised the battery was expired went back to supercheap to ask for a refund. The manager asked for the real battery. I was confused and said this is the battery I bought an hour ago. Manager accussed us of lying and that there's no way they would have an expired battery on the shelf. We told the manager to check the receipt and the cameras. Manager walked away to 'check the camera' claimed she checked the receipt and said we we're still lying. When my partner mentioned calling the police and the manager said she'll go speak to hr and then come back. When she came back she said she'll give us a refund and a new battery. This happened in 2025.

only person in store as a customer...2 staff on checkout was there at 1.15 today... 2 very young people on check out not interested in helping....and very rude m/f see you unemployed very soon .New store lots of investment there! Crazy when normal people want business.WTF! Hope the manager rolls the cctv so they can see the people they employ at work.

I won't be back. Too many times now I personally have had staff be both rude and ignorant to myself and other customers, unprofessional and shoddy products.

Staff are clueless! Went for a new battery and told they couldn't do it for my Mazda 2. Sent me to Battery World as it needed specialist attention. Wrong! Battery World switched it over in 2 minutes - no extra attention needed. Annoyed at the middleaged saleswoman at Supercheap Robina wasting my time and too lazy to do an honest job.

Suction on the phone mount is the strongest I've ever used. It doesn"t shake even on bumpy roads

Staff might know a bit about cars but customer service clearly isn’t a priority for most of them

Needed a deep cycle battery for my caravan. Shopped around and was unimpressed by service at other locations. Went into Supercheap as a last option. Will was busy with other customers but Made it known that he wouldn’t be long. Talked through options and made sure termination type was correct. Will was friendly, informative and helpful. It’s never a pleasant experience spending large sums of money however I departing feeling fully informed and confident that I had the right battery.

Absolutely appalling service, staff are miserable and rude. Not the first time with crap service from this store. Always the same staff member too.
Will be my last time though.
Store management don't seem to care either.

Waiting 40 minutes for someone to mix paint hoxton park store , 3 girls just chatting and laughing at front counter

I needed some car seat covers so I went to Supercheap in Bendigo. The guy behind the counter told me where to find them and what labels to look for. Said he could send someone to help me if I needed it. I told him they were for a Corolla but he didn’t ask what year or model. Consequently the set I bought are too big and there no instructions for fitting. And I can’t return them because I broke the box trying to open it. Next time I will go to Autobarn across the road where I always get service.

This review is specifically for the Supercheap Auto team at the Bacchus Marsh store. Shout out to the customer service reps who really helped me out last week getting the right tools and parts ordered for my 2008 Toyota Yaris. I made what should've been a simple repair job on my rear hatch door more complicated when I went to the store and couldn't find the tool I needed, followed by me not correctly describing the replacement part I needed to get ordered. Despite my fumbling, one team member pointed me in the right direction to get the RivNut toolkit I needed and helped me place a special order for parts. Later in the week when they called me to let me know the order had arrived, it turned out I'd ordered the wrong one. Another team member stepped in and got me sorted, the next day the right parts arrived. Great teamwork guys!

Was requested by Supercheap Auto to leave a review about a recent purchase. Did so, honestly and politely, pointing out a flaw with the packaging which resulted in the item being mildly damaged upon opening (see below). This review was rejected because it did not "meet website guidelines". The reason I'm reviewing here is because I don't like mega companies manipulating reviews so only the glowing ones are published. My review was to enable people to check in store that their speakers were ok. Do better by your customers Supercheap. THE REVIEW - 4 OUT OF 5 STARS GIVEN Good speakers, packaging could be better Speakers have good sound, easy to install. No damage on outside of box, however the packaging inside had shifted creating a kink on delicate lip of speaker that absorbs bass movement. I live over 100ks from town so went ahead with install. Will wait and see if this becomes an issue.

I would like to sincerely thank the amazing team at the Morayfield store who went above and beyond in assisting my husband and I yesterday.

From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help with all our enquiries regarding products and pricing. It was refreshing to experience such genuine customer service.

Thank you also to Kirra, who served us at the checkout and kindly contacted the Caboolture store to arrange for an item to be held for us when it wasn’t available in Morayfield. When we arrived at the Caboolture store, the item was already waiting at the counter, super convenient.

Im so annoyed with ur tuggernong branch and with ur head office i put in a claim after the breakpads failed in my car and damaged my roters then today ive been accused of tampering with the packaging I have sent you the emails of the damage to my car caused by this and now you have sent me a email saying that I have not supplied any evidence ur claims department refuse to contact me and head office just hang up on me do not buy from supercheep auto tuggernong you have made me miss a family holiday and trying to sell my car 2 sales have now fallen through who the he'll do i contact you say you take safety seriously what a load of crap ive got all the photos of everything and you still refuse to do anything about it keep going u idiots ill keep writing reviews ur staff member at tuggernong accused me of switching the packaging i want something done about this or i will pay him a visit are you going to respond the more u make me wait the more I write ive paid for my stuff you have the parts I want a refund the worst part of today was jo telling me never to call again gess what u stupid cow who whould shop in this crap store anyway repco have better attudes and better customer service i will never shop hear again u should be re trained in customer service and learn how to treat customers with respect if u spok nicely u wouldn't have got the reaction u did ya old cow

Was checking on a order super cheap auto Mt wellington said it would take 2 days delivery then got told up to three weeks got a call yesterday said it had arrived I called before closing lady there said I'll check putting me on hold an never came back to tell me how rude was that I always buy stuff from super cheap auto

Was looking to buy some T20 Wedge Globes to replace my burnt out brake lights and found Super Cheap to be Super expensive the same globes can be bought from Bunnings for a quarter of the price Super Cheap sells 1 Globe Narva brand for double the price that you can get 2 x for from Bunnings Super rip off Super stay Clear from them do your homework you will save money by shopping around
