We were very impressed with MSC -and everything Toni our travel agent had done for us. We arrived before our embarkment time and were given access to our room and full use of the ship including food and drink. The entertainment was good, choice of food in the buffet restaurants was excellent. The ports with complimentary shuttle buses were great. We also paid to eat in the tacos restaurant, which was lovely and not expensive at all. The staff were so friendly, helpful and entertaining. On the last day we were allowed to stay on the ship until 3pm and had full use of facilities/food/drink. We really felt we got value for money. Our cabin was ideally located on deck 10 at the elevators. The only down sides were it was v busy especially on sea days and some passengers were very rude. Our cabin was a deluxe cabin but it was small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Dear Ms. Brennan
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience aboard the MSC Seaview. We were absolutely delighted to hear that you had such a positive and memorable cruise. It is wonderful to know that everything—from the early embarkation and excellent dining options to the friendly staff and smooth disembarkation—met or exceeded your expectations.
We're especially pleased to hear that Toni, our Cruise Consultant, played such a helpful role in planning your trip. Your kind words will certainly mean a lot to her.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the busier sea days and cabin space. Your comments are valuable and help MSC to continue improving the cruise experience for families and all their guests.
Thank you once again for your feedback.

Fantastic ship. Buffet food wasn't great. Mostly luke warm, at best. Speciality dinning for fabulous. The massage treatments were amazing but spa was too busy. Really enjoyed the shows. Many activities on board. Plenty of alcohol and cocktails to choose from at all bars. Poolside bars at all pools. Lots of sun loungers available at the pools. The staff were all very helpful.

Dear Philip
Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience aboard the MSC Seaview.
We were delighted to hear that you found the ship fantastic and that you enjoyed the specialty dining, massage treatments, and onboard entertainment. It’s also wonderful to know you appreciated the variety of activities, the wide selection of drinks, and the helpfulness of the staff onboard.
We do, however, regret to hear that the buffet food did not meet your expectations and that the spa facilities felt overcrowded during your visit. Please rest assured your comments have been noted and will be shared with all relevant persons in MSC to help them improve the overall guest experience.
We truly value your feedback and thank you for sending this to us.
