We also help our customers with cash for vacations, holidays, back to school needs, and more. We were founded in 2001 and operate over 40 locations in Georgia and South Carolina under the names Sunset Finance and Flight Finance.

Bullies, threatening
It was a very nice place at first to deal with. Then the old mgr retired and they have hired this guy who is a bully, threatening and even twist your words and totally lies about what is said. I will not do business with them again. This is one on Easley SC

They should have multiple options to…
They should have multiple options to make a payment. Taking a card payment over the phone with no options of viewing your account and being charged more for making the payment is horrible.

We appreciate your feedback. While we do not have an online payment option, payments can be made directly at the branch, by standard mail, or as you mentioned over the phone by debit card. In Georgia there is a convenience fee for cards taken over the phone, but not directly at the branch.

I love this company
I love this company! They are always very helpful with my taxes and loans and Tonya was very nice and helpful and was very professional!! Will definitely continue to do business with them!

Say no to Carrollton
Definitely do not use the one in Carrollton. They like to make jokes about the KKK and think it's funny; even with customers in the office. Customers and staff…birds of feather flock together.
They keep your credit card numbers written down on pieces of paper in their desk drawers. Of course nobody will admit to these fraudulent practices.
They bring their kids to work and have them running all around the office like they don't have any home training. However, I guess when DFACS is involved, you can’t discipline your kids so all you can do is let them run around.
They will contact you through social media (especially Facebook) about your payments; despite that going against company policy (read the other reviews… scroll down). They want to make it seem like they are doing big numbers and people are just happily paying. It's borderline harassment.
Their attire is atrocious for a business. They like to wear leggings and clothes that are too small. They can't help their bad body shapes, but they could definitely dress like they are running a business. They look sloppy and unkempt. Like the rolled out of bed and just said oh I’ll throw this on…as long as I’m covered it should be fine.
Do not do business with these miserable ladies. Check out 1st Franklin, Lendmark, Carroll Finance, or Security Finance.
