Customer service lacks in the Mauldin office
Every time I call with a question, I am put on hold for quite a while before I eventually hang up. It's always 15 or more minutes and no one even checks on me while I'm holding - they could just pick up and say, "we are very busy right now, let me take your name and number and one of our associates will call you back". That would be great customer service, but they never do that. Because of all the times I have to be placed on hold is why I won't use them again or refer them to other people. If a company doesn't provide outstanding customer service, they really don't care about their patrons. That's all I have to say!
