It was defective,not working properly. Contacted Sunsense Was told I would get a replacement. Then got email from Glenn telling to do this & do that ( the item was defective so I couldn’t do anything he told me ) I told him this , & now I am being fobbed off & ignored ….. now I got email saying he’s refunding me . Not very good business sense, now I am getting a replacement. I will amend this feedback once received new item . Well heard nothing else, he has refunded me so I don’t think he will honour his word with him sending a replacement, why else would he refund me . A Bad Experience hope some other company has something similar . Look like he’s not a man of his words. So this stays
