Amazing service experience
Amazing service experience. My initial pair of TVR527 were too large. Sun of Japan shipped a size smaller for comparison after which I returned the large pair. Very rare to experience this level of trust from an online retailer. I already purchased my second pair - this time TVR504x.

Purtroppo non abbiamo alcun controllo diretto sul servizio di consegna, ma rimaniamo sempre a completa disposizione per assisterLa in caso di ritardi o mancate consegne.

Il nostro sistema di Virtual 3D è attualmente in fase di test, come indicato, e siamo sempre stati attenti e presenti nel seguirLa durante l’intero processo, incluso il rimborso completo della spedizione.

A pleasure to do business with
A pleasure to do business with, after placing my order on Friday I received an Email thanking me and letting me know they would be shipping my parcel on Monday, first thing Monday I received shipping confirmation and tracking number saying I will receive my parcel on Tuesday, UPS confirmed a time and sent me a link to pay the duty and I had my new sunglasses in my hand on Tuesday morning, the whole process was as smooth as silk, I received a hand written note thanking me for my order which is a nice touch of appreciation.
All in all the price difference was insignificant between paying UK duty or if they had been shipped within the EU
