Had Rodger. He helped me find the best hotel and at a good price and helped me through the payment schedule. Could not recommend him enough. Will call him again when I book again.

Nick dealt with our booking and was amazing went above and beyond to help and ensure we got the holiday we wanted with dates times etc and within out budget anything we asked to check prices on dates etc he did very proffesional ,helpful and freindly would highly recommend thanks nick

Booked a holiday again with roger because I’ve used him before and he recommends good hotels and I forgot to say I needed the hotel reservation in my parters name so she can use it apply for her visa but when I got it and it was in my name and phoned up he got it changed straight away for us. Highly recommend Roger and his company

Totally mis sold a holiday, what we requested we didn't get! The holiday was that bad we left!
Called this company to complain and all they did was deny and blame and say we told you!
Awful customer service skills, just a scam to make money.
Do not use this company

Well, it seemed to be a bargain initially, I then find out my luggage (10kg rucksack) isn't staying with me, it is having to be checked in. I called SB to address this, but got nowhere. Apparently, I requested that? (I have never checked a bag in as yet, as travel light). Oh well, have to see how the rest of it goes. (watch this space).

Marcus was extremely helpful very knowledgeable with regards to the hotel and area. He has a lovely tone which instantly sets you at ease. He is very charming and very keen to help. I was a manager of a call centre team of 13 for 10 years and it would have been a pleasure to manage Marcus well done Marcus keep up the excellent work.
