I had a truly excellent experience with Sunnamusk London. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without any pressure.
The quality of the fragrances is exceptional long and lasting, unique, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that care and attention goes into every product. I was especially impressed with how well the scents develop over time.
Delivery and overall service were smooth and efficient, making the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with such high quality products.
I would highly recommend Sunnamusk to anyone looking for premium fragrances and a professional, enjoyable shopping experience. I will definitely be rreturning!

If I'm lying go to Stratford Westfield ask for there 5 bottle set and see if its full. Flag me for speaking the truth. Recall the bottles as your manage at the branch said he told head office about it and still nothing has been done. Do better stop thinking about profits.

Had not come across this company before but was given some scented card samples after passing their people at Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, whilst visiting London. I kept the samples as I particularly liked one of the scents and when I got home, I looked them up and ordered their Golden Dust scent, which came with a free scented oil. My order arrived three days later, which is really good service and the bottle of fragrence and the presentation box was really pretty. The free oil, which is a different scent and came in a little velvet bag, is also really nice, so I think I will be using this company again.

Golden dust products are a little inconsistent!
I love the Golden Dust perfume scent so much! The other Golden Dust scented products are such a let down though. I purchased the oil, however the smell of it is much sweeter than the original perfume (even if you only use a little bit of it). After a while it starts to take on a slight rotting fruit fragrance? Similarly with the candle, it just smells like vanilla, not Golden Dust. It also melts oddly but I don't care as much about this, although if I purchased it as a gift I would take this into consideration. Such a shame because I just love the original scent, I wish I had just bought the perfume itself!
