Staff constantly trying to upsell
Staff constantly trying to upsell and pressuring me to buy several perfumes when I only went in there to buy just 1 gift item. Kept making me smell like 10 different scents and trying to force me to buy perfumes I didn't like or want to buy. Felt very uncomfortable. Nice people but the pressure is simply too much OTT. Not sure if other customers experience the same?
